Good God, how hard it it? Oh right...they can't possibly stop having sex even if it's going to kills them...can't use condoms....wish we could spend the money on castrations instead.

I doubt this money all went to what it was earmarked for either.

If only they were Judeo-Muslims, they would all just WANT to be circumcised, and it would all just be a "choice."

No stranger than Judeo-Christians and their lot.

This conversion would be an easier solution than the washing thing. Maybe 900K should come my way for the idea.
