The blatant hypocricy of the United States, England, France and the Soviet Union in establishing the Nuremberg War Crimes Trials in 1945 with its strong Jewish presence in the form of jurists attached to the army, translators, interpreters, and even sitting in the gallery could, in my opinion, hardly be considered a fair trial...The following notes were gleaned from my studies and I found them quite enlightening. *****David 'Mickey' Marcus. That the United States filled the top position in its War Crimes Branch with this fanatical Zionist Jew is significant…This was the agency which exercised effective control of much of the Nuremberg War Crimes staff and it is simply not possible to imagine an appointment that would make the War Crimes Trials more suspect…Marcus was one of the anonymous handful who chartered American Policy behind the scenes, even though he held the relatively common rank of Colonel.
