Once again the party finds itself under attack from all sides with a sustained campaign of half-truths, misinformation, black propaganda and lies. The reality some people spreading harmful gossip have to face is that we live in 2011 not 1911.

We are all only too human with all the faults that go with being so, it makes no difference which political party or indeed any organisation you belong to it will be made up of all sorts of people, some you will get on with others you wont. Peoples consenting sexual conduct, no matter if you find it distasteful, is their own business. When two officials private life became public thanks to our friends in the press they did the right thing and resigned, that should of been the end of it. As for attacking grown adults for having an affair years ago that just smacks of desperation, as does quoting what people may or may not of said years ago, have we all not said and thought things in our youth that we no longer believe. Show me a man who says he hasn’t made a mistake and I will show you a liar.
