    Default Correct Legal Terminology: Racist Constructive Discharge

    When a group of people in an organization, say your job for example, collude to eliminate you, and do so by being adverse to you in every situation, complaining about you, always casting your character and intentions in a negative light, sabotaging you, and being reasonable, sensitive, and compassionate only to their own kind but never to you; in legal terminology this is called a 'Constructive Discharge'.

    Constructive discharge cases are very common, but also very difficult to prove. Many people don't even realize they were the victim of a constructive discharge.

    The United States is performing a 'racist constructive discharge on Whites'. That is the correct legal terminology for the PsyOp that Congress and Israel has been running against you.

    When the group that is discharging you acheives all the deciding power in an organization, you become helpless. This is called a 'Lock Out'. Regardless of the law, and regardless of an alleged "democratic society" your opinion is invalid and all your rights have been voided.

    Whites have been locked out of the U.S. for half a century. It's very important that Whites realize they are in Lock Out, and that this is an important part of what enables White genocide.

    Good post. For decades we have heard how minorities wanted to be hired for their achievements and given a chance. Now, they are being hired simply for being a minority, even if they will produce the worst efforts or none on the job.

    I believe we are systematically being pushed out and reduced as White Genocide. It was NEVER about "equality" and it was about bringing in cheaper labor and displacing Whites, and removing Whites from being the majority in this nation.

    Many Whites are doing this to other Whites, are being told to do it, but I have noticed how so many places, public or private, are hiring more minorities, and the new minority is the White.
    This is why I have thought owning one's own business is one way around this. If someone wants the knowledge, skills, or expertise, they have to hire you, unless they can find a "minority owned" business and make the government happy that way.

    I'd like to include your post. Looking for friends that see it and place a different prospective on it. For years I new almost all new immagrants for from 3rd world countries. But I did t know that whites were locked out
