Lightbulb Does TSA Behavior Fall under Definition of Terrorism?

Are agents of the Transportation Security Administration engaging in behavior that falls under the Patriot Act’s definition of domestic terrorism? The question may sound preposterous until you consider the following.

Air travelers in the U.S. are being presented with a choice when passing through airport security: either submit to being scanned by an extremely invasive and potentially hazardous machine, or have your genitals groped by agents of the Transportation Security Administration.

Many are deciding that they’d rather pass through the naked body scanner than suffer the humiliation of having their genitals manually probed. In other words, they’re being coerced .

Jeffrey Goldberg, a national correspondent for The Atlantic, recently got a TSA agent to admit that the prospect of genital groping is being used as a means of coercion. In an Oct. 29 posting, Goldberg wrote:

I pointed out to the security officer that 50 percent of the American population has no balls (90 percent in Washington, D.C., where I live), so what is going to happen when the pat-down officer meets no resistance in the crotchal area of women? “If there’s no resistance, then there’s nothing there.”

“But what about people who hide weapons in their cavities? I asked. I actually said “******” again, just to see him blush. “We’re just not going there,” he reiterated.

I asked him if he was looking forward to conducting the full-on pat-downs. “Nobody’s going to do it,” he said, “once they find out what we’re going to do.”

In other words, people, when faced with a choice, will inevitably choose the Dick-Measuring Device over molestation? “That’s what we’re hoping for. We’re trying to get everyone into the machine.” He called over a colleague. “Tell him what you call the back-scatter,” he said. “The Dick-Measuring Device,” I said. “That’s the truth,” the other officer responded.
Section 802 of the U.S. Patriot Act, titled “Definition of Domestic Terrorism,” provides several definitions of domestic terrorism, including this one:

“The term `domestic terrorism’ means . . . activities that appear to be intended to intimidate or coerce a civilian population.”
You may read the pertinent passage by going to the text of the Patriot Act here and searching for “Sec. 802.”
People passing through airport security certainly qualify as a “civilian population,” and at least one TSA agent has admitted that this population is being deliberately coerced. Many air travelers who have experienced these violations would say that they have been intimidated as well.

So do the practices of the Transportation Security Administration qualify as domestic terrorism as defined by the Patriot Act? We take no position on the matter but simply invite you to draw your own conclusions

    Lightbulb Stop TSA Scanners

Anonymous police officer to take a stand

An anonymous commenter wrote on another website:
I’m a police officer in Arizona planning to take my wife and son to Austria where my wife is from next month.

I will not identify myself as a cop as we opt out of the body scan. I will tell the TSA screeners not to touch mine or my family’s private parts.

If it happens I will make the felony sexual abuse arrest and that TSA worker will be registering as a sex offender for life after their prison time is over.

"....either submit to being scanned by an extremely invasive and potentially hazardous machine, or have your genitals groped by agents of the Transportation Security Administration."

Or don't fly commercial. More legalism hand wringing. It is wrong, but hanging words on it is for Pharisees.

Lightbulb Poll Shows Over 95 Per Cent Of Americans Less Likely To Fly In Backlash To TSA Tyrann

    Kurt Nimmo
    Infowars.com
    November 15, 2010

It looks like the government’s decision to force children through dangerous naked body scanners and molest millions of travelers who “opt-out” of the scan in deference to genitalia-groping patdowns will have a direct impact on the airlines this holiday season.

“With the busiest holiday travel season nearing, fliers face long security lines and new rigorous patdown checks aimed at discovering hidden explosives,” reports Reuters. “As a result, some travelers are questioning whether to fly at all,” especially if they have children.

If this keeps up, the big corporate and unionized airlines will be looking at a drastic reduction in business. It may even lead to congressional hearings.

Reuters has posted a poll online asking if the porno-scanners and fondling have affected your decision to fly. As of 7:30 PM CST, 97% respondents said the increased Gestapo-like behavior at airports around the country has people thinking about alternate travel plans in order to avoid intrusive security scans and patdowns.

“I accept the need to make a plane secure to fly, but I do not accept my God given rights being abused. I do not accept having my body exposed to dangerous radiation. I do not accept going through a virtual strip. I do not accept being thoroughly groped and squeezed,” said Mike from the UK in the article comments. ‘I urge anyone who values their rights and freedom to discontinue flying.”

Thanks to coverage by The Drudge Report, Infowars.com, and Prison Planet.com, the corporate media is now obliged to seriously cover this story.

Keep up the pressure. If enough people refuse to accept airport Gestapo zones and the airlines begin to go bankrupt, the government will back off — or face another bailout like the one bestowed on Government Motors.

Default Join the TSA and Look at Naked Ladies

    (Article reprinted with permission.)

Join the TSA and Look at Naked Ladies

    by Jeff Davis

It used to be “Join the Army and Be All You Can Be!” or “Join the Navy and See The World.” Now it’s “Join The Transportation Safety Agency and look at naked ladies!”

Ever since 911, millions of Americans have sheepishly put up with more and more federal intrusion. Never mind the fact that the 911 hijackers were Middle Eastern men and we could prevent another 911 simply by banning Middle Eastern men from flying in the US. “Our” government however would prefer treating everyone in America like a criminal rather than ban a small number of people from flying which would involve -gasp- racial profiling.

An article from CNET reports: “Two months ago, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano announced that the federal stimulus legislation would pay for the purchase of hundreds of controversial full-body scanners… The number of scanners has roughly doubled since Napolitano’s announcement and they are now found in 68 U.S. airports, and the Transportation Security Administration says the controversial devices have proven to be a success.”

Oh really… a “success”? Exactly how many White “terrorists” have been caught trying to smuggle bombs onto airplanes? I’m guessing the figure is none. I suppose it’s a “success” if you’re one of the new class of federal bureaucrats whose perks now include getting to look at people naked.

CNet goes on: “A growing number of airline passengers, labor unions, and advocacy groups, however, say the new procedures–a choice of full-body scans or what the TSA delicately calls ‘enhanced pat-downs’–go too far. They were implemented without much fanfare in late October, amid lingering questions about whether travelers are always offered a choice of manual screening. Unions representing U.S. Airways pilots, American Airlines pilots, and some flight attendants are advising their members to skip the full-body scans, even if it means that their genitals are touched. Air travelers are speaking out online, with a woman saying in a YouTube video her breasts were twisted, and ExpressJet pilot Michael Roberts emerging as an instant hero after he rejected both the body scanning and ‘enhanced pat-down’ options and was unceremoniously ejected from the security line from Memphis International Airport.”

So now the federal government gets to deny you the convenience of flying on an airline unless some federal pervert (and who else would want this job) gropes and strokes you.

The government “generously” gives you the option of being molested or doing an X-ray peep show. How many attractive women do you suppose get a groping even after going through the X-ray peep show. How long until some of these peep shows get recorded on a cell phone camera and wind up on youtube?

The article goes on “One lawsuit has been filed and at least two more are being contemplated. There are snarky suggestions for what TSA actually stands for, attempts at grope-induced erotic fiction, and now even a movie. These privacy concerns, and in a few cases even outright rebellion, come as an estimated 24 million travelers are expected to fly during the 2010 Thanksgiving holiday season. One Web site, OptOutDay.com, is recommending what might be called strict civil obedience: it suggests that all air travelers on November 24, the day before Thanksgiving, choose to opt-out of the naked body scanner machines that amount to virtual strip searches.”

Why are the feds all of a sudden pushing to be accorded the right to look at people naked, of all things? Is it just one of their insane power grabs on general principles? Or is there a specific reason?

Do they have some intelligence to the effect that there might be a repeat of 9/11? Of course, since 9/11 itself was a put-up job involving collusion between the U.S. authorities and the Israeli Mossad, it is entirely possible that if the Obama regime is indeed planning an encore, they should go through the motions of “stepping up security” and then claim after the “event” occurs that it was all because federal employees weren’t allowed to look at naked people, after which of course mandatory electronic peep shows will be enforced by federal statute.

Apparently some TSA goons are also feeling up their female subjects as well during the “enhanced patdowns.” Given the race of most of these new federal hires, are we really surprised?

If the airport is located in a very white area, you won't see many non-white TSA workers. I have flown in and out of airports that is largely white, and I see mostly white TSA workers in those areas.

Shocker: TSA Has Been Molesting Children For Years

    video in url

This video from nearly two years ago proves that the TSA has been molesting children for years, even before the “enhanced pat down” measures were announced.

The three year old girl screams “stop touching me” as the TSA goon feels up and down her legs and backside. The goon continues to grope her even after her mother picks her up and the child is clearly distressed.

Is this the “risk-based” security procedure that Pistole and Napolitano are so proud of?
Is this really how we fight terrorists or, as the Drudge Report describes it today, have the terrorists already won?

Now that rapists and pedophiles are being hired as a result of the TSA’s woeful background checks, the perverts will also be able to see a naked body scanner image of your daughter.

Big Sis In Retreat: No Pat Downs For Children Under 12, But Teens Will Still Be Groped

(Reuters) – Homeland security officials on Monday defended heightened airport security screening measures but said they would consider adjustments to new rigorous patdowns after complaints from travelers.

Already the TSA has given a little ground after the flood of complaints, announcing that it has eliminated patdowns for children under 12 and will develop alternative procedures for pilots who are already subject to extensive security checks.

“We’ve heard the concerns that have been expressed and agree that children under 12 should not receive that pat-down,” Pistole said on NBC’s “Today Show”. TSA had been reviewing the issue and Reuters last week reported about a father upset after his 8-year-old son was subjected to a patdown.

TSA also is experimenting with some alternative checks for the pilots after their unions raised concerns about health risks of the scanners and objected to rigorous patdowns.

Hamas-linked CAIR: TSA may only search around Muslim women's head, neck - Jihad Watch

Hamas-linked CAIR: TSA may only search around Muslim women's head, neck

There are plenty of reasons to oppose naked body scanners and the recent groping incidents, but this response to them from Hamas-linked CAIR exposes its Islamic supremacist agenda like nothing else does. The scanners, and the whole TSA security apparatus, exists in the first place because of Islamic jihad terrorists, and now CAIR is demanding an exemption from such scanning for the very group from which comes the subgroup that made it necessary. In CAIR's world, the one group that would be subjected to lighter airport security checks than any other group would be...Muslims.

    TSA Caves On Molesting Pilots

TSA Caves In On Molesting Pilots

Feds beginning to back down in face of national outrage, but no word on ordinary travelers being subjected to airport oppression

TSA Administrator John Pistole told CNN’s John Roberts this morning that the feds were looking at changing pat down procedures for pilots, a first indication that the government is beginning to back down in the face of a nationwide backlash against naked body scanners and intrusive airport groping measures.

Speaking about how he and DHS chief Janet Napolitano met with pilots representatives last week, Pistole said, “Well obviously they’re a trusted group in so many different ways and so it makes sense to do some type of different type of screening which we will explore and I think have a way forward here in the near future.”

Adding that he didn’t want to speak prematurely, Pistole said “There are options that we are looking at that will make sense.”

Host Roberts made the point that screening pilots for weapons was pointless when pilots have the biggest weapon they could possibly have – the plane itself – in their hands.

However, Pistole did nothing to address similar measures being directed against the traveling public which amount to little less than sexual molestation, and had no answer to why airport officials are threatening people who refused to be groped with $10,000 dollar fines, as in the case of a man who had a run in with TSA goons at San Diego International Airport this past weekend.

Despite the TSA’s blanket refusal to amend measures that are stoking outrage across the country and leading many to decide against flying until changes are made, this first step in the feds being forced to back down on one level is obviously a sign of progress.

Patting down the pilots is completely stupid. The pilot could kill everyone by putting the plane in a nose dive the minute the co-pilot goes to the restroom.

They still grope or scan flight attendants every time. I was listening to a talk radio show reporting on that.

The TSA is going to attract a horde of budding sex offenders (who haven't been caught yet) as the news of all the groping and stroking gets out. Any normal people will likely quit the TSA.

Default The naked truth behind ‘naked body scanners’

John Tyner, a California man, became a national sensation when he recorded his encounter during an airport security pat-down. After the exchange, Tyner uploaded the video to the web and shortly after – it went viral.

"We can do that out here, but if you touch my junk I am going to have you arrested," Tyner told the airport security official.

The US media has had a field day, reporting the pros and cons of body scanning machines and pat-downs in the name of security. But one question they failed to ask is: who is behind the push for the body scanners?

As it turns out, former Secretary for the Department of Homeland Security, Michael Chertoff, now runs a security and risk management firm and one of his clients is Rapiscan, one of the biggest manufacturers of body scanning machines in the country. While the media continues to interview Chertoff about the value of body scanning machines, they fail to point out that he will benefit financially from the implementation of the machines.

"He’s abusing his relationship with the public by pretending to be a public servant and talking about how these body scanners are going to make us safer… He stands to benefit because he's getting paid by the manufacturing companies to go all over the television networks saying that these scanners are the solution to security," said Kate Hanni, the director of Flyersrights.org, a non-profit dedicated to passengers rights.

Talk about body scanners became increasingly popular after the failed Christmas Day bombing last year. After that incident, two major contractors with powerful lobbying groups in Washington, DC recieved contracts for about $160 million dollars each to build body scanners for airports across the country. One of those contractors was Rapiscan.

"Americans should be angry because the $25 million in stimulus funds that were used to order the first 150 of these body scanners could have been used to create jobs. The taxpayers could have avoided what’s akin to martial law being implemented in the airport," Hanni said.

This is just the first step. Soon, the TSA will demand sexual favors. This is called "fractionation". It is a psyop technique as they brainwash people deeper and deeper to submit to total authority. It is incrementalism.
