The consensus among historians is that six million Jews were killed by the Nazis and denying the Holocaust is a hate crime in Germany.

The pope caused outrage among Jewish groups last year when he lifted the excommunication of Williamson and three other bishops who belong to an ultra-traditionalist Catholic splinter group, the Society of Saint Pius X (SSPX).

Well, why don't Catholics go out in full force and attack the jews that spit on Christians and for getting involved in their faith issues?

I'm outraged as a non-Christian that they get away with it.

Do they even realise that the laws they push for are obvious and out in the open in Europe, they exactly who's pushing for hate laws like this law of so-called denial.

Why does it even need a law ?. Have they got something to hide ?

MIAMI -- A former watchmaker who pleaded guilty to tax charges in the probe of Swiss bank UBS is citing his parents' Holocaust experience in seeking a lenient prison sentence.
The attorney for 65-year-old Jack Barouh says he was driven to hide wealth in a UBS account by his parents' escape from the Nazi attempt to exterminate Jews during World War II. The attorney says many children of Holocaust survivors compulsively seek to hide nest eggs in case similar events happen again.
Prosecutors on Friday will seek nearly two years in prison for Barouh, who pleaded guilty in February to falsifying a tax return. Barouh wants one year's home detention.
Barouh, of Golden Beach, founded luxury brand Michele Watches, which sold for $50 million in 2004.

I do not believe that Jews are evil. I do believe that this one is an idiot.
I have done business out here in California with people who use the Holocaust as an excuse for their anti-social behavior and they expect to receive special treatment as though I owe them something. I simply told one lady that everyone has problems and that everyone goes through something in his/her lifetime. There was no reason for me to give her preferential treatment for her past troubles. The world does not owe anyone a living.
I insist that people who are supposed to be adults in this world act like adults when interacting with me. If not, they need to move on to someone else.
Many people will use the problems of the past to give them the excuse to behave in any way that they wish. Past problems are not an excuse worthy of any sane person consideration. There are millions of people who grow up poor and they do not become criminals. There are many people who were abused as children and they do not abuse others.

I was so shaken by the Nazi's that I didn't pay my taxes sixty years later? I am going with, no.

Jewish Tax Cheat Uses Holocaust As Excuse For Hiding $10 Million



A Jewish tax evader was sentenced Friday to 10 months in federal prison after claiming his Jewish parents’ experience fleeing the Nazi Holocaust drove him to compulsively hide more than $10 million in secret accounts at Swiss bank UBS AG and other offshore tax havens.
U.S. District Judge Adalberto Jordan imposed the longest sentence to date for a UBS client against 65-year-old Jack Barouh, even after giving him credit for cooperating in the ongoing investigation and belatedly attempting to come clean with the Internal Revenue Service.
Barouh pleaded guilty in February, the latest in a string of convictions won by the Justice Department after UBS last year admitted orchestrating tax evasion among rich U.S. clients and paid a $780 million fine. UBS also separately agreed to turn over more than 4,450 names of wealthy Americans suspected of dodging taxes through secret UBS accounts.
Jordan noted that Barouh has sought psychiatric help for the Holocaust compulsion, which his attorney described as the desire to “hide and hoard� assets to guard against a potential repeat of the Nazi attempt to exterminate Jews during World War II. After Barouh’s family fled Austria, they settled in Bogota, Colombia, where Barouh was born.
“He and his family might lose everything, exactly as his parents risked everything in the 1940s,� Jordan said in explaining the fear.
“I have lived under the weight of the Holocaust,� Barouh told the judge. “Those fears are finally starting to subside.�
Assistant U.S. Attorney Jeffrey Neiman said criminal defendants invariably come up with some justification for their illegal actions — and that Barouh’s Holocaust trauma is no excuse.
“It does not give this defendant a license to break the law,� Neiman said. “Tax fraud is tax fraud.�
Barouh, of Golden Beach, founded the luxury brand Michele Watches, which he sold to Fossil Inc. for $50 million in 2004. But court documents show his effort to evade U.S. taxes started much earlier, in 1976, when he began skimming money from his company and stashing it in accounts in Hong Kong, the British Virgin Islands, Switzerland and Panama.
Eventually, Barouh turned to UBS, where he had as much as $10 million in accounts not declared with the IRS as required. Neiman estimated the total tax loss to the U.S. at over $736,000 from 2002 to 2007, the period covered by the U.S. investigation. Barouh pleaded guilty to a charge of filing a false 2007 tax return.
Although he faced up to 2½ years in prison, prosecutors sought a reduction because he has provided extensive information about two Swiss money managers and one Swiss attorney. Neither was identified in court.
“The information he’s provided, we are using,� Neiman said. “It is ongoing.�
The 10-month sentence was half what prosecutors originally sought, but more than the one-year home detention Barouh requested. He also has paid more than $5 million in penalties for not reporting his overseas accounts and still owes back taxes, interest and penalties to the IRS, said his attorney, Robert Panoff. Barouh is scheduled to report to prison June 25.

A 72-year-old woman who fled Colorado after she was accused of pretending to be a Holocaust survivor to bilk sympathetic neighbors has been found working at a motel in Montana.
Boulder County authorities say they won’t seek extradition for Rosemarie Pence, who claimed to have survived the Dachau concentration camp. Boulder District Attorney Stan Garnett said he wouldn’t invest money in extraditing Pence, but she would be arrested if she returns to Colorado on her own.
Pence told neighbors she was once a skier on the German Olympic team, and that her husband went missing in action in Vietnam. When neighbors discovered Pence was a fraud, she fled.More eu times

Say you are a White Nationalist, fight for your people, and do anything, like show a film at a library, especially in Montana, and see all the nice christian conservatives come out with pitchforks and demanding blood.

Jewish rights groups say Arizona law not Nazi

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Arizona’s tough new law against illegal immigration has prompted furious protests and boycotts but Jewish groups say opponents who compare it with the rise of Nazi Germany are going too far.

“It diminishes the Holocaust,” said Rabbi Marvin Hier, founder and dean of the Wiesenthal Center, an internationally known Holocaust studies center based in Los Angeles.

“Survivors and others are very upset about this,” he said Friday. “When you exaggerate, it’s very harmful to them when they know that their mothers and fathers were taken to the gas chambers without any recourse to the law. They lost children.”

The Arizona law that takes effect in July makes illegal immigration a state as well as a federal crime. It requires police to ask a person about his or her immigration status if there’s “reasonable suspicion” that the person is in the country illegally.

Critics say it opens the door to racial profiling against Hispanics, although the law bars prosecutions based solely on race.

Last month, Cardinal Roger Mahony, head of the Los Angeles Roman Catholic Archdiocese, said the law encourages people to turn on each other in Nazi- and Soviet-style repression.
Mahony’s spokesman, Tod Tamberg, said Friday that the cardinal “never compared Arizona or Arizonans to Nazi Germany.”

“What he said was that the fear that this kind of law creates in a community, where people are not sure whether they’re going to be made to stop and produce papers, was certainly a characteristic” of the Soviet and Nazi regimes.

“We should all be careful about comparisons to the Holocaust,” Tamberg said. “The Holocaust was and remains a unique and horrible experience to which there is no comparison.”

References to fascism also came up on Wednesday as the Los Angeles City Council voted to boycott Arizona businesses.

Councilman Paul Koretz likened the law — and other Arizona laws such as one that curbs high school ethnic studies programs — to the beginnings of Nazi Germany when Jews were singled out for persecution.
“We can’t let this advance any further,” said Koretz, who said he lost relatives in the Holocaust. “It is absolutely dangerous.”

The Wiesenthal Center opposes the immigration law.

“We think it stigmatizes immigrants, for example, Latinos,” Hier said. “A white American would never have to face such a challenge so it’s openly discriminatory in its nature.”

However, Hier said it is unjust to compare a law passed by democratically-elected officials to those made in a totalitarian state that gave its victims no recourse to the law.

“Here, to call fellow Americans Nazis is beyond the pale. Not every tremor is the Haiti earthquake,” Hier said.
The German laws led to death camps “and America is not coming down that road,” he said.
A call seeking comment from Koretz was not immediately returned Friday. Koretz was in a council meeting to hear budget recommendations for closing a huge budget gap.

The national director of the Anti-Defamation League, Abraham H. Foxman, wrote earlier this month that comparisons between Arizona’s laws and Nazism “delegitimize and trivialize the deaths of six million Jews and millions of others and soldiers who fought to defeat Nazism. They also play into the hands of those who support the Arizona law.”

He noted that some opponents of President Barack Obama’s policies have compared him to Adolph Hitler.

“It seems to happen with greater regularity in American political debate today than ever before: When anger reaches a fever pitch on a particular issue, out come the inevitable comparisons to the Holocaust,” Foxman said in an article in the Jewish Telegraphic Agency. “It has become a rule of thumb, an all-too convenient catchphrase of the times.”

An article from the Wausau Daily Herald reports: “A public presentation in Wausau by a man who claimed to have survived Auschwitz has been canceled as family members have come forward disputing the veracity of his story. Gunther Skaletz was scheduled to speak publicly Tuesday evening at Wausau East High School, hosted by a Wausau group A Walk in Their Shoes. In a statement Monday morning, the group said it could not verify or confirm allegations that Skaletz was lying, but that it was canceling the event due to a ‘cloud of controversy.’ Skaletz, who lives in Manitowoc and is a frequent speaker for schools, churches and other Wisconsin organizations, claimed in his book that he was sent to and later released from the Nazi death camp Auschwitz, conscripted by the German army and forced to fight the Soviets… then captured and sent to a Russian work camp, from which he escaped. In addition to the public event Tuesday, Skaletz was also scheduled to speak to classrooms today and tomorrow. Those events have also been canceled.”

The Germans didn’t trust the Jews, that’s why they were locking them up in labor camps during the war. The claim that he was drafted into the German army straight out of Auschwitz is just not believable. I suspect he was spinning more and more fantastic yarns, and someone finally checked with the relatives, who quickly put an end to his career as a Holocaust lecturer.

And if this Jew were willing to volunteer himself as a “Holocaust survivor” to lecture to impressionable young public school children, how many other Jewish fraudsters are out there pounding a guilt complex into young Gentile heads spinning Holocaust tales that have no basis in fact?

However it came about, the fact remains that someone in Wisconsin seems to have doubted and questioned, and not only gotten away with it, but a Holocaust fraudster was removed from the public stage. Needless to say, this story has received no national coverage at all, but maybe it’s the beginning of a trend. One can only hope so.

How long are we expected to continue fighting the Second World War? When, oh when, will these Jews finally decide they have milked enough out of it and give it a rest?

I have met people who claimed that they too survived the Nazi death camps. Most of these people are not old enough to have been alive at the time. They are con people
who are after your money, sympathy, or whatever else they can bilk out of you. Be aware that unless these people were born before, or in the middle of World War II, they could not have been in death camps. Note: I called them con people and not con artists. They are not that good at conning me.

Participants are decision makers and opinion shapers in their respective countries, including philosophers, historians, human rights activists, educators, politicians, ambassadors, and directors of various government ministries.

They will coming from 40 countries including Austria, Australia, Canada, Croatia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Poland, Spain, and the United States

At the end of the discussions, recommendations will be presented to the representatives of the Task Force for International Cooperation on Holocaust Education, Remembrance and Research (ITF) at its plenary meetings taking place in Jerusalem from June 14-17.
