    Court finds Israel responsible for death of West Bank girl - Yahoo! News

    The Israeli's fired a so called rubber bullet, actuially metal with a small outerlaying of thin rubber, that hit the 10 year old girl in the head and killed her in the West Bank town of Anata. She was not among the protestors and the shot was ruled unjustified.

    It also says:

    The court ruled the shot was not aimed at the rock-throwers
    And that happens ALL the time and rarely makes any news.
