So he ran outside and threw it just as hard as he could, watching it intently as it flew way, way out and then around, and with him not so much as moving a step from where he initially threw the thing, it came back and hit right between the eyes! He got a little gash and red in the face, though he wasn't much about crying over things like that. I guess the reason he didn't try catch it, or at least try to defect its course was, because like me, he really didn't think that it would come back to him. But least to say, he never picked that damned Boomerang up again!
I was always a little curious though about how some ancient man, ever figured how to carve a stick to those specifications that could, not only fly, but would come back to you if you missed whatever it was that you were throwing it at.
