Thread: Federal Judge - Students have NO RIGHT to wear pro-America clothing or display an American flag

According to U. S. District Court Judge James Ware, the district did not violate the students’ first amendment rights. The judge also found that officials‘ concern over the potential violence that could be incited by the students’ pro-American outfits justified the school’s actions.

What happened to punishing the wrong doers?

This week, the case came to a close, with a federal judge ruling against the students — a blow that is likely to infuriate some free speech advocates.

The United States District court dismissed all claims against MHUSD. The case against Rodriguez was also dismissed. This ends litigation before the district court, although the plaintiffs do have the right to appeal through the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

I hope they appeal and have this horrible ruling overturned!

High school students should start wearing US flag pins every day of the year. Then when May 5th rolls around, the problem will be more obvious. Mexico is not primary here, period.

By the Hispanic students having issues with the American flag t-shirts on a mexican holiday.

Proves those students whose ancestry came from south of the border or refusing to assemble-late into the American culture and put the American flag first.

One of the first things Santa Anna and his Mexican army did at the Alamo after killing 187-250 Texan defenders was remove the defenders flag. By the Mexican students and others trying to remove our nations flag on other students tee-shirt is not only an insult, but like saying they or here to conqueror like Santa Anna not assemble-late into the American culture.

This refusing to assemble-late into the American culture, I predict is going to lead to great problems in the future.





I am sure, General Santa Anna will approve removing the American flag.
