Horus (and I think Bob) talk about this so I thought I would post it since it came across my path.

I remember wondering as a child why statues were so boringly grey in color and briefly wondering if the color might have faded with time. But I pushed those thoughts to the back of my mind...this illustrates to me, that we need to trust our own thoughts more...that we KNOW things but "education" drives out our thoughts and teaches us not to think.

I love the statues with color. Hopefully this will come back into fashion again.
