Oh! So we weren't just backward people running around in loin cloths!

I remember picking up an Anthropology textbook of my son's once, flipping through it, coming to a section about the Mayans and their stone temples etc, and found myself insulted by one particular passage that stated something to the effect ,that the Mayans had this great civilization going on, white the Europeans were still running around in loincloth.

I thought, 'what a cheap shot' at white people! The fact, is that archaeological discoveries are finding that ancient whites were a lot smarter and more advanced than most Left-wing academics would like to give them credit for, and that was indicative of the massive technological and artistic advances that our people would go on to achieve in more recent history, as well as presently.
