    Default Most Important Healthy Foods

    For me:

    Bananas- they are high in potassium and every time I bite into one, I feel refreshed. Like a new man.

    Cashews- they are high in thiamine, and they are a brain food.

    Pomegranate juice- it is great to drink whenever you are coming down with something or have an allergy. High in anti-oxidents. Use a straw to direct the acid in the juice away from teeth.

    Cranberry Juice- Is good for your urinary tract system. Very healthy. Again, use a straw.

    Ice Cream! (< home made; see post # 3 for explanation ) - In my opinion, ice cream is actually a good continental breakfast meal to have on the side sometimes. It makes you feel very good in modest amounts.

    Honey- Be careful of the source. There have been nasty reports of cheap imitations made from corn syrup and other things passing as honey in stores.

    Anything meat or dairy is good. Some people are vegans, but I'm not. I think most of that stuff about meat being bad is just propaganda anyway. The false prophets of globalism don't want us to have too much red meat in our diet. It's like that scene from Oliver Twist, where the mean spirited lady tells the people to feed the kid gruel.

    Hot and Spicy things (certain peppers, etc) are good for energy, and often for cleaning out germs in your system. If your mouth burns, use a dairy based product instead of water to ease the sensation. This is actually the reason why Mexican (Tex Mex) Cuisine often has sour cream with it.

    Berries

    Grapes

    Various nuts

    Use butter for cooking when you can, instead of margarine or Crisco. Though Crisco is important to have in your survival pantry.

    Lentils

    The occassional pineapple. They are kind of a pain to cut and serve.

    Starchy foods like Potatoes, Macas, and Yucca Root are good.

    Tea and coffee is good for you.

    Yes and no; depending on what particular fruits and vegetables we're talking about. There are several fruits that I consider indispensable in my diet, like the ones mentioned above. The others are important in their own right, but just not SO important for my personal needs currently. It can vary from person to person though. Different people tend to have slightly different needs in certain areas. One of the healthiest fruits of all is actually the pomegranate. One example is that when I have colds and allergies, I typically go to the store and buy a bottle of Pom Wonderful. It isn't cheap, but it's worth it. From my experience, the stuff even provides some relief for the symptoms! Just be sure to drink it with a straw to keep the acid from going directly into your teeth.

    In the way of veggies, potatoes and other starchy tubers, are my personal favorites for all around taste and versatility in cooking uses, but they are also very high in carbs, but at the same time have lots of niacin in them. Corn and Carrots are delicious and also have a number of cooking uses, but are very high in sugar, while providing relatively little nourishment. So corn and carrots are not stand-alone. There's usually a trade-off that depends on what your body is currently needing. That's why a lot of these dietary nutrition campaigns should be taken with a grain of salt. A lot of it is based on the same logical fallacies that every other liberal/Anti-White project tends to be based upon; that everyone is the same and has the same needs; they always give these absurd universal solutions to everything. One size simply does not fit all. It becomes like squaring circles.

    Another example is bread. Most people think whole wheat is wonderful and white bread is crap, but white bread has more riboflavin in it. Diet and eating is just like everything else in this world. It isn't black & white, it's in shades of grey. It can't be simplified or standardized with a bunch of glib smooth talk and some fancy academic title. There's always a variable.

    In my honest opinion though, garlic and cayenne peppers are perhaps the most important veggies of all, due to the protective anti-bacterial properties their chemical compounds possess.

    By the way, contrary to popular belief, tomatoes are not considered a vegetable, even though it is usually counted as one. I eat a lot of things that have tomatoes as an ingredient or a topping on the side. Flavorwise, cherry tomatoes are my personal favorite.

    To make a long story short though, veggies don't actually replace meat and poultry for protein content. Some people who go vegan can get by better than others (I don't know how they do it,) but meat is vitally important; for among other things, your brain power. I know fat is vilified a lot, but it is necessary to have. Think about the way cavemen ate. We haven't changed that much since then. Michael Weiner (aka Michael Savage) is full of crap on a lot of things, but he was totally right about the health benefits of recommending a meal of lamb chop and red wine to that one lady he mentioned meeting. He said if this was what Hitler was eating during the war, history would've been very different. Even Michael Savage, a Zionist, said this. If you're working out at a gym, the ideal pre-work out meal is beef. And specifically beef! You'll get big, if you make sure to eat a steak or a roast beef sandwich before getting your burn. Especially for serious and heavy duty sessions.

    By the crappy crap! I've learned that the ice cream sold at the supermarkets all have antifreeze in them! Yes, even the organic ones.

    I guess we better start making our own now, and store it in our freezers. I recommend Reditainer brand deli containers for storage (they're made in the USA.) Be sure to get the ones especially made for freezer storage.

    Yeah I agree with this because all kind of fruits and vegetables are beneficial for human health. These things are the best way for gaining calories and vitamin .
