A geothermal solution for a privet house is a well to draw water to cool/heat a heat pump condenser with the spent water returned underground with a 2nd well. Saves a huge amount of energy/money!!

Ever wonder why you never hear anyone or the total media (even the so called new media) talking about geothermical energy?
The reason is very clear, this secretly by Bilderberg and other tyrants caused world empire runs on oil, coal, wars, conflict, capitalism, gold, diamonds, banks, fake revolutions (financed 'dictators'), as soon you take away it's 'fuel' it will end (and all the troubles will end with it, also the ecological once)
Try for yourself, try to start discussions about this inexhaustible clean and real green energy source geothermical energy in the mainstream media, on enemy forums, call (break through) the media, you will find out that your thread is removed, you are thrown off the board, off hook, or even IP blocked.
Tried it on many newspapers' websites and several political websites, without success, the messages or thread was removed soon after, only a few personal blogs and company websites the message stayed.

I assume that you are discussing geothermal energy, as it is known here in North America.
There is no blackout here, just not many people are aware of it.
Legendary investor Rick Rule is a major fan of the technology. In general though, there is a lack of knowledge and investor interest in the topic.
Here is an example of a geothermal company.

Socialism is not in the least what it pretends to be. It is not the pioneer of a better and finer world, but the spoiler of what thousands of years of civilization have created. Ludwig von Mises (1881-1973) Economist and social philosopher
You might find less of a blackout if you search for "geothermal" instead of "geothermical". ;)
Geothermal heating is very popular in my area. This is where you bury a heat exchanger filled with a fluid such as glycol at a depth that has a reasonably steady temperature all year round, and then use a heat pump to extract heat from it in the winter and use it for cooling in the summer.
Geothermal electricity is not so simple. You either need an unusual heat source near the surface or you have to go down deep enough to get fluid (usually water) to boil, in order to run steam turbines.
