'Jew-hating, Islamophobia incomparable'

Germany's largest Jewish community has sharply criticized the parallel drawn between anti-Semitism and Islamophobia by historian Wolfgang Benz.

Maya Zehden, a spokeswoman for the 12,000-member Berlin Jewish community, told The Jerusalem Post on Thursday that "Benz's position has not changed. It is not beneficial when one compares anti-Semitism with Islamophobia."

Benz, the first non-Jewish head of the Berlin Center for Anti-Semitism Research, has been embroiled in an international controversy since he introduced his thesis that "the fury of the new enemies of Islam parallels the older rage of anti-Semites against the Jews."

In last Monday's edition of the Süddeutsche Zeitung, which reaches more than 1.1 million readers each day, Benz wrote an article equating anti-Semitism with hatred of Islam.

Critics see Benz as mounting an academic campaign to conflate anti-Semitism with Islamophobia, and argue that there was no pressing news event to disseminate his thesis.

"Anti-Semitism" and "Islamophobia" are two media buzz words that I just love to hear. Jews absolutely hate to be compared in anyway to Muslims, and I find it hilarious that this researcher compared the two. Of course, "anti-semitism" and "islamophobia" are the same thing, a dislike and hatred of an alien culture which tries to destroys yours from the inside. Jews, however, are probably outraged at how this will "belittle the threat of anti-semitism". In the greatest irony of all, I think this man could be labeled an anti-semite for his thesis.

Now the Mantra becomes easy because this Jew has just proven that he would not want Isreal, or any country where Jews live flooded with Muslims.

Everybody says there is this RACE problem. Everybody says this RACE problem will be solved when the third world pours into EVERY white country and ONLY into white countries.

The Netherlands and Belgium are more crowded than Japan or Taiwan, but nobody says Japan or Taiwan will solve this RACE problem by bringing in millions of third worlders and quote assimilating unquote with them.
