This will further demotivate people, drive people away from Greece even, for jobs, healthcare, or anything - just to get into a better situation, which is not in Greece.

I'm sure it is ethnic Greeks they are referring to, as all the "minority" Greeks I am sure are still living quite well off of the sweat of the ethnic Greeks.
