Neo-Nazi case won't be heard by Supreme Court

OTTAWA — Canada's top court will not hear an appeal in a case involving a neo-Nazi leader's web postings that could have determined the power of Canada's quasi-judicial human rights tribunals.

Regina's Terry Tremaine, the head of the National-Socialist Party of Canada and a former university math lecturer, was found in contempt of court by the Federal Court of Appeal in November 2011 for refusing to remove web postings he made about blacks, Jews and First Nations people.

"Made under the moniker "mathdoktor99," Tremaine's postings called Jews a "parasitic race" and said "blacks are intellectually inferior to whites" and "Hitler was a lot nicer to the Jews than they deserved," according to the tribunal's judgment."

I don't get it! There's a lot of truth here, but where's the 'Hate'?

I have a feeling the reason the High Court doesn't wish to here cases such as this, is because the court, and the public would have to hear the opposing arguments of the defense, and for the record! Arguments that will make to much sense, will be to factual, and will make the case that 'Truth', when it comes to minorities, isn't always 'Hate'!

Truth is no defense in a hate crime case.

Very true. This case is a very good example of what happens in Canada when you're a bit too vocal with your disagreements. Freedom of Speech, eh?

I will say that to anyone who believes the popular myths promoted about Hitler and the 'Holocaust', this would indeed sound like an extreme statement.

Personally, I agree with Mr. Tremaine on this point. It was in fact because Hitler was far too lenient with the Jews that they got away with destroying the Third Reich, and got into a position where they could flood the world with their 'Holocaust' myths and use them to dominate and crush the White race.
