This was only mentioned locally and i had to search too. If the doctor was white it would be the main headline with something like "Dr Death" or similar.

In the medical field when life hangs in the balance a surgery performed "below the standard" is absolute misconduct. Any lawyer should be able to use her statement as an admission of guilt. Having seen the internal human anatomy any semi-trained person could tell bladder from intestine. Whiteoak is right. This is sub par off shore med school training.
