Thread: Will this ranting racist be prosecuted?

On 18 August 2012, I introduced a YouTube link to Twitter.

It showed a black woman on a tram ranting nastily for no apparent reason.

It was a 'racist' rant aimed at Whitey, somewhat similar to the one that saw Emma West and Jacqueline Woodhouse charged, found guilty and locked up.

I say 'somewhat'. The brutish and threatening quality of the black female was far in advance of the admittedly foul-mouthed unpleasantness of the other women. A couple of hours after I put the video on Twitter it had disappeared from YouTube. This message had been left in its place:

This video has been removed as a violation of YouTube's policy prohibiting hate speech.

And yet the Emma and Jacqueline videos are still there!

Yes she will be prosecuted but wont face jail like emma west did, And we all know why that is.
