Young girls in Derby have been targeted and sexually assaulted by organised gangs. The ringleaders of one of the gangs which groomed and abused teenage girls were given indeterminate jail terms in January.
As part of a Comic Relief documentary for Radio 5 live, Helen Skelton visited the Safe and Sound charity that helps young victims of abuse to get back on their feet.
Here, Helen speaks to Emma from South Yorkshire. She was raped once a week by 100 men from the age of 13 for over 2 years. She's now a campaigner for Safe and Sound.
