By Cllr James North – A teenager from Bolton was spared jail after a court heard that she had been forced into selling heroin by an Asian gang.
Bolton Magistrates Court was given evidence of how the gang groomed the sixteen-year-old girl with drink and drugs before sexually assaulting her.
The young girl’s family told the familiar story of how she had initially been given expensive gifts before being threatened into selling drugs.
This follows several cases involving Asian gangs targeting teenagers in much the same way as the Muslim paedophile gangs have targeted young white girls in northern towns across Britain.
The girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was called on 9th February by a man she knew and was asked to sell drugs for him in and around Bolton. She and a friend were then given directions over the phone and told where to sell the drugs.
"Older Asian lads in their twenties are targeting teenage white girls," a family member of the girl said.
"She was just enjoying the attention, but this has really been a wake-up call for her. It has really affected her. She used to always be out, and now she just wants to go to college and start again.
"They were grooming her into drug dealing."
The relative claimed the same was happening to other girls in the town.
