An update on WhiteNewsNow and its mission.

It goes without saying that WhiteNewsNow is very unique. We’re unique not just because we offer bold perspectives or that we provide a smart looking resource for those unafraid of honest discussion. We’re unique because we’re doing what has never been done before.

Like other forums, WNN is place where you can relax and talk with others who share your interests and concerns. But unlike other forums, we’re creating more than just an online community. We’re inspiring unity through action in the real world. But before I tell you the exciting news about our media and activist projects, I want to remind you of the philosophy upon which WhiteNewsNow was built.

WNN founder James Kelso often speaks of how our members are pioneering a new way forward. He says,

“The whole idea of this website is that every original news article, every post, every image intends to attract our family and neighbors to racial common sense. The core concept here is not primarily to attract those who already understand that message. Until now, pro-white websites have been set up as exclusive type places whose style plays to the understanding of the in-crowd, which is a plausible design for a website, but it's not the design of WhiteNewsNow.

This means that we expect each other to use common sense in our approach, which obviously includes civility and intelligence. Anything else is proven to be unattractive. Before we post, each of us should ask the question, ‘how does my post help attract my family and neighbors to my point of view?’ If the post is obviously helpful, then you can hit the post button confidently. If it's not obviously helpful, then it requires some editing.

Our mission is to communicate the most attractive white common sense message we can to our target audience. Who is our target audience? Think of your neighbors. Think of your own family members, the folks who are our larger community.”

The concept of attracting others to our point of view by avoiding negativity, overly hyped rhetoric or self indulgent extremism is a lesson learned by any movement which wishes success. We understand we must remove any psychological barriers which may exist between ourselves and wider support from the public and build bridges in their place. But we can’t hope to begin attracting the people we need until we bring about a fundamental change within ourselves. One of our goals is to retrain members of the pro-white community into positive, effective patriot activists.

Good marketers will tell you, “If the product isn’t selling, there’s something wrong with its advertising.”

Other sites may spend their time catering to the already developed awareness of its members, but their potential for growth and to actually spread vital ideas on a mass scale is severely limited. While it is necessary for resources to exist which provide outlets for the esoteric, deeply philosophical, futurist and highly controversial, those resources cannot expect to mature into successful social movements. Overly complex messages -- especially ones easily branded as hateful, ignorant or bizarre -- will never come across effectively. For our ideas to catch on, they must be presented in simpler, smarter, attractive themes which stir interest and positive energy.

I won't expound too much on why we’re committed to this new approach here since that would require an entire article, so we’ll be discussing that topic in depth in the near future. But for now, I want you to remember that the only cause in which we’re interested is the creation of a livable future for our descendants.

Now I’ll tell you why I’m so excited about all the new projects our members are working on and also about some goals we’ve recently achieved (and our weekly newsletter, the Patriot Report, is one of our best accomplishments to date). Part of my excitement is due to the fact that I don’t have enough room in this article alone to tell you about all of them, so I’ll just name a few.

For starters, you’ll notice our home page has been reconstructed to integrate news, important movement updates from America and across the Western world, access to our Amazon and social networking links, WNN contributing member blogs, and comments from our readers. You’ll also find our US National Debt ‘ticker’ on the lower right hand corner of the page which powerfully brings a sense of urgency to every visitor about our national state of affairs.

Next, you’ll find a new activist forum (A3P – American Third Position Party) located right at the top of the forums page. Here is where you’re encouraged to network with others in building our new movement. Within minutes, you can easily become a key activist in helping spread awareness of our cause by assisting in important projects online and hopefully eventually in person by participating in our growing network. As I write, there is much work to be done and if you really want what we want, you’ll lend your efforts to ours right now. You can begin by learning about A3P presidential candidate Merlin Miller and how you can help his campaign.

In addition, I’m glad to report we’ve recently launched a YouTube page for future video productions, and WNN Senior Moderators are now producing Internet radio shows to help keep you in touch with all of the goings-on in the forums and within the movement. So start listening and watch for big named hosts and guests to appear in the near future. There’s also a new way to contribute financially to WhiteNewsNow by changing your buying habits and shopping for your every day needs through our Amazon link found on our homepage. Lastly, the most important short term goal WhiteNewsNow has is to hire founder James Kelso full time so he can devote his indefatigable work ethic to begin the process of building our new movement. A longer term goal is to hire a full staff of highly competent organizers, the kind of people every cause requires to succeed. But first, we need to get the ball rolling by putting our best foot forward. You can put Mr. Kelso to work for you by pledging any amount to our Contributing Members Program. This project was just announced days ago, and already, thanks to just a few generous contributors, we're only $370 away from our first month's goal. The fastest way to build WNN is to put Jamie Kelso to work for us full time.

The fact that you're on WhiteNewsNow.com tells me that you understand we live in perilous times. But you should also realize that it's not enough for us to just learn about how and why we're losing our country. It's our responsibility to join with others to do something about it. We don't have time for nonsense and we must discipline ourselves to become the role models and leaders of our fellow citizens. And we expect everyone to conduct themselves honorably.

We acknowledge we've set some lofty goals. But if we don't get our acts together and start winning, no one will do it for us. If you're reading my words, consider this your personal invitation to join us and help us build our new beginning.
