Cirrus Logic Inc. (CRUS:US): The graphics chipmaker said sales in the fiscal second quarter probably increased to $55.7 million, beating its forecast, because of higher demand for audio products.
Lithia Motors Inc. (LAD:US): The retailer that gets almost a third of its new-vehicle sales from Chrysler LLC said it’s offering 4 million shares of Class A common stock, raising money to repay debt and fund potential acquisitions.
NutriSystem Inc. (NTRI:US): The company, which sells prepared meals to help clients lose weight, said its 14-day starter Program will be offered through 3,200 Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (WMT:US) outlets.
Robbins & Myers Inc. (RBN:US): The maker of fluid management systems and products forecast first- quarter earnings of 15 cents a share at most, trailing the average estimate of 22 cents from analysts in a Bloomberg survey.
Team Inc. (TISI:US): The provider of industrial services reported first-quarter profit excluding some items of 9 cents a share, 17 percent less profit than analysts estimated.
