All being an Electorate in Maryland requires is that you be a registered voter in Maryland.

The only requirement is that you be a registered voter.

I spent a lot time on the sidelines asking why somebody didn't do something until it dawned on me; I'm somebody.

I've been run out of a pair of store parking lots so far with little results.
I have however been able to gain a few contact numbers by looking up groups from a list I found on the Internet. (I'm not all that computer wise.) The Anti-Whites at the SPLC have a list State by State and I'm going to try those that I could get a phone number for also. I will not bother with thanking Potok as he only helped by accident.
