I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess the suspect wasn't a White woman.

You know, if the writers of the Constitution and Bill of Rights had PROPERLY defined this as a White Nation and properly defined that non-whites were forever to be considered animals, we would not have these problems.
Next thing you know a "Fambly Frien" will pop up on the news saying that she did this because of rampant racism and oppression at the plant.

Damn, I missed out in my chance to shoot up a couple of people when I got Fired, then again it was a crap job that was just a paycheck and I am WHITE. I can find another job....
