A grandmother has been charged with misdemeanor child endangerment after a 1-year-old tested positive for cocaine and PCP.
Beck is accused of leaving residue of cocaine and PCP on aluminum foil wrappers. Police say a person at the home saw the child chewing on a piece of foil.
According to authorities, the child was hospitalized Sunday after relatives noticed the child had grown lethargic.
Police say the 37-year-old Beck allegedly admitted to smoking the drugs on the day of the incident and leaving the wrappers in places easily accessible to the child.
