CNN Fails to Stop Fall in Ratings

CNN continued what has become a precipitous decline in ratings for its prime-time programs in the first quarter of 2010, with its main hosts losing almost half their viewers in a year.
The trend in news ratings for the first three months of this year is all up for one network, the Fox News Channel, which enjoyed its best quarter ever in ratings, and down for both MSNBC and CNN.
CNN had a slightly worse quarter in the fourth quarter of 2009, but the last three months have included compelling news events, like the earthquake in Haiti and the battle over health care, and CNN, which emphasizes its hard news coverage, was apparently unable to benefit.
The losses at CNN continued a pattern in place for much of the last year, as the network trailed its competitors in every prime-time hour. (CNN still easily beats MSNBC in the daytime hours, but those are less lucrative in advertising money, and both networks are far behind Fox News at all hours.)
About the only break from the bad news for CNN was that March was not as bad as February, when the network had its worst single month in its recent history, finishing behind not only Fox News and MSNBC, but also its sister network HLN — and even CNBC, which had Olympics programming that month.
CNN executives have steadfastly said that they will not change their approach to prime-time programs, which are led by hosts not aligned with any partisan point of view.
But the numbers are stark: For the network’s longest-running host, Larry King, who has always been regarded at CNN as the centerpiece of prime time because he drew the biggest audiences at 9 p.m., the quarter was his worst ever.

The shrinks did their work well. Kids have this for years and often repress it. That's why they don't reason. They don't want to be in the attacked group, and they attack to distance themselves from it.
Reich's work was the best on how to produce fascist (in the sense of spewing) human subjects.
The anger they express is not personal (about anything done to them) but their personalities are constructed in school, so they sublimate shaming/fear, then graft it onto whatever "cause" is wanted.
Should these people ever connect to their authentic (genuinely personal) reality, they would have confusion/ cognitive dissonance, maybe.

Dobbs's house was violently attacked ---with bullets--- and one nearly hit his wife. He came on t.v. briefly and stated that. Then, under John Klein, vanished.
He wasn't right for their lineup since he was anti-immigration.
Not surprisingly, Lou Dobbs was ousted by pressure from Jews.
Here is the letter sent by SPLC president Richard Cohen to CNN's Klein:
Dear Mr. Klein,
As an important and respected news organization, CNN has a special responsibility to ensure the accuracy of its reporting. We have written to you before about our concern that Lou Dobbs repeatedly fails to live up to this standard in his reporting on immigration. Now, Mr. Dobbs is again trading in falsehoods and racist conspiracy theories, questioning President Obama's American citizenship.
On the July 15 edition of "Lou Dobbs Tonight," Mr. Dobbs questioned the official certificate provided by the president and the State of Hawaii and complained that President Obama has not made public the "original document." On his radio program, Mr. Dobbs has repeatedly questioned the president's fitness for office, demanding he "show the documents" and, at one point, jokingly suggesting President Obama may be "undocumented."
The truth about the president's birth is not in dispute. It has been verified by Factcheck.org, among many other serious news organizations, and his official birth documents have been made public. CNN itself has repeatedly reported on the falsity of the claims of the "birthers," and the network's esteemed legal analyst, Jeffrey Toobin, recently called those claims "a joke." As you know, even Mr. Dobbs' frequent fill-in anchor, Kitty Pilgrim, debunked the birthers on the July 17 edition of Mr. Dobbs' own CNN show. The fact that Mr. Dobbs suggests otherwise on CNN -- while real CNN reporters tell the truth -- is both deplorable and an embarrassment to all serious journalists.
As he has in several other instances, Mr. Dobbs, in taking up the birthers' claims, is adopting an unsubstantiated conspiracy theory that originated on the radical racist right. As Gawker.com has reported, this particular conspiracy theory was first developed by an open anti-Semite and circulated by right-wing extremists who cannot accept the fact that a black man has been elected president of the United States. Among its adherents was neo-Nazi James von Brunn, the alleged murderer of a security guard at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C., this June. Von Brunn had helped spread the birthers' claims on the Internet and attacked the "dishonest & conspiratorial Media" for not taking them up.
This is not the first time Mr. Dobbs has pushed racist conspiracy theories or defamatory falsehoods about immigrants. We wrote you in 2007 to bring to your attention his utterly false claim that 7,000 new cases of leprosy had appeared in the United States in a recent three-year period, due at least in part to immigrants. (The real number, according to official statistics, was about 400. Mr. Dobbs took his spurious information from the late right-wing extremist, Madeleine Cosman.) In addition, Mr. Dobbs has reported as fact the so-called Aztlan conspiracy, which claims that undocumented Mexican immigrants are part of a plot to "reconquer" the American Southwest. He has suggested there is something to a related conspiracy theory that claims the governments of Mexico, the United States and Canada are secretly planning to merge into the "North American Union." He has falsely claimed that "illegal aliens" fill one third of American prison and jail cells. And Mr. Dobbs has routinely disparaged, on CNN's air, those who have had the integrity to point out the falsity of these and similar claims.
Respectable news organizations should not employ reporters willing to peddle racist conspiracy theories and false propaganda. It's time for CNN to remove Mr. Dobbs from the airwaves.

There is no doubt in my mind the departure of Lou Dobbs played a role in this massive drop off in ratings.
One is left wondering if Jews will have to result to more false flag attacks just to get more viewers to their flailing Jewish Media channels!

Ratings for CNN & MSNBC continue to drop.
CNN & MSNBC both have a strong left-wing editorial bias. In the case of MSNBC, the bias is on the extreme left. Yet the very people these networks pander too, young white leftists and racial minorities, don’t even watch the news. They are just alienating the people who do watch the news, middle class whites.

Despite having the worst time slot, Glen Beck is the fastest growing show in cable news. He is also the most conservative. He has more viewers between 5:00 – 6:00 PM than both CNNs and both NBCs put together!

Left-wing militants on MSNBC have pushed that network into a free fall plunge in ratings. Militant left-wing lesbian Rachel Maddow has lost half of MSNBCs 9 -10 PM viewers since premiering in September of 2008, and the blubbering leftist hack Keith Olberman has lost a quarter of MSNBCs 8-9 PM viewers in the first two months of 2010 alone. However, Olberman was on “vacation” for the entire month of March and ratings for the time slot rebounded slightly. This has prompted many to speculate that Olberman will soon be off the air!
Keith Olberman holds up Comedy Central’s left-wing “fake news anchor” Jon Stewart Leibowitz as one of his heroes and “fellow truthtellers.” However Stewart ridiculed Olberman for his comments during the MA Senate race. Olberman is so radical and so obnoxious that others of the left can’t even stomach his diatribes.
