David Axelrod seems less overtly boastful and smarter than Emmanuel, but has an obviously low opinion of American Mainlanders, I'm sorry to say. He was a red diaper baby, Lower East Side, I think.

Of people I met from there, most never left Manhattan Island, and if they had, they only went to San Diego or South Florida, maybe Vegas.

It sort of seems like having someone from China go to Vegas a couple times, then feeling that qualifies them to run the Swiss government.
