Yes, in the Talmud Jews say it's a good thing to 'kill the best of the goyim'. That means killing the best of all non Jews in all the nations. That way Jews get to be even better and more powerful, as their best a brightest aren't being killed off in wars of necessity and choice, something else they make clear distinctions between. It's a good read, an essential read if one wants to understand what is before us.

The Talmud says non Jews shouldn't be wantonly killed except during war, but it's easy for them to foment a war, and wiggle their way around that prohibition and get on with the killing of the goyim. That's why they have the US do their fighting for them. They'd lose their own and bankrupt themselves if they fought their own wars, but 'by deception' they wage war. The Federal Government said of those mass slaughters, lovingly called WW I and WW II, that they wanted "our best and our brightest" under their control in their Federal Military.

After they had our best and brightest under their complete control, what did they do with them?

Put them on the front line and ordered them to march forward into accurate machine gun fire.

Thousands were killed in single days in single battles, and the survivors were ordered out to try again.

The greatest minds in those post war generations were among those who happened to survive the mass slaughter, by chance.
