Thread: One more reason why hate crime laws need to be eradicated

Somehow I think if the races were reversed and a group of white girls beat a black girl while using racial epithets after stealing her money the prosecutors and the liberal professor would most certainly find intent.

Of course these "hate crime" laws are only enforced against whites or when the victim happens to be a homosexual. Rutger's student Dharun Ravi was convicted of a "hate crime" for watching and letting it be known his homosexual roomate was making out with a male student. His roomate than committed suicide. In NJ "hate crime" laws are more draconian than Oregon as intent does not need to be proven, simply perception of hateful intent by the victim being established is sufficient.

Paper beats rock. Rock beats scissors. Scissors beats paper. When does a black assault on a white classify as a hate crime in DC? When the white is a homosexual.

Gay Couple Attacked in Eckington

A statement from MPD regarding the atttack reads, "We are investigating an Aggravated Assault that may have been motivated by hate bias. The GLLU was notified. Sunday, July 22, 2012, at approximately midnight, two complainants were in the 1900 block of 3rd Street NE when three suspects appeared from an unknown direction and began to yell homophobic slurs at them. The three suspects then approached the complainants and assaulted them. Suspects fled in an unknown direction, one complainant was taken to a local hospital for treatment for his injuries. Lookout is for three black males wearing dark clothing."

Who exactly were they concerned about harming their son? Mormon missionaries. White nationalists. Michelle Bachmann. Willis Carto?

...or maybe it was a certain group of youths that John Derbyshire warned about. What a bunch of racists the Hall's are!
