The Supreme Court, in a landmark ruling Thursday, upheld the individual insurance requirement at the heart of President Barack Obama's health care overhaul.
The court on Thursday handed Obama a campaign-season victory in rejecting arguments that Congress went too far in requiring most Americans to have health insurance or pay a penalty.

Chief Justice John Roberts announced the court's judgment that allows the law to go forward with its aim of covering more than 30 million uninsured Americans.

The court, however, found problems with the law's expansion of Medicaid, but even there said the expansion could proceed as long as the federal government does not threaten to withhold states' entire Medicaid allotment if they don't take part in the law's extension.

The court's four liberal justices, Stephen Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor, joined Roberts in the outcome. Justices Samuel Alito, Anthony Kennedy, Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas dissented.

Stocks of hospital companies moved sharply higher on the decision, including HCA Holdings (HCA) and Community Health Systems (CYH).

Scalia's dissent to Obama's assault on the Arizona law was surporisingly bold, but we can anticipate further rubber-stamping of his mandates. Abortion will also be covered under Obamacare, wait for it. Over 54 million innocent babies have been murdered in legal abortions in the United States since the feminist movement, largely led by Jews, pushed through the legalization of abortion in the Row vs. Wade decision . To put that into perspective for them, that's over nine times the total number of Jews alleged to have died during the Holocaust. It's more than seven times the total number who would be dead if a mysterious disease took the lives of all the Jews in Israel. It's more than four times the number of deaths which would occur if every single Jew on the face of the planet died in a real Holocaust.

Just to clarify, and please correct me if I'm wrong, this ruling will not effect veterans health care, is that correct?

This isn't to say that veterans shouldn't be concerned, because they should.

This is not good news.
We know Socialized health care is not to give everyone access to good health, it is to get control over the decisions people make. I believe I read somewhere where under mandatory state healthcare decisions made by the state a woman can be ordered to abort a fetus if the doctor feels her health is not good or that she has had too many children.

Even if whites are forced through their employment to pay the tax....they should do their best to refrain from participating in the programs because I am certain the first thing Socialized State Care will do is push for depopulation as well as require immunizations for children in order to receive benefits. At the same time the controllers will decide if your life is worth saving.

This is another step of the Chosenites toward farming/ranching goy.

Medicare is a mess, and should have never been enacted. The average senior spends more of his income on health care today than he did in 1964, before medicare. But we have it and I don't think we can get rid of it by any method other than bankruptcy.

That said, Obamacare gives the Republicans an issue that would allow them to defeat the Kenyan, but, as the "Stupid Party," they won't grasp it.

Obamacare takes $500 Billion out of Medicare, 80% of whose beneficiaries are White, and uses it to subsidize the uninsured, 80% of whom are non-White. This is the first actual cut in Medicare in its 46 year history. If the GOP could free itself from its blind determination to "Balance the budget" by cutting entitlements, while continuing and expanding Israel's wars abroad, Florida would go solidly Republican in November, and whoever wins Florida this year will be President.

The GOP is not known as "The Stupid Party" for nothing.

Once again we see the result of the masters of the media choosing BOTH candidates. Obamacare is the great vulnerability of the Kenyan, and the GOP nominated the only one of its candidates who can not carry the argument in the campaign, since he wrote and signed the first "Obamacare mandate" as governor of Taxachusetts.

Since I have been convinced for several years that "For now, worse is better," another term for Barry, Eric & Co. is fine with me. Romney would be a disaster for Whites, because no government policy would change and our people, millions of whom have begun to stir from their slumber, would just go back to sleep.
