According to the CIA, Paraguay is 95% Mestizo. Wikipedia makes the case that Whites and 'mostly' Whites' might make up to 20% of the population. Whatever the case, the country has a small White minority. However, it has a new White president. Federico Franco. He's a surgeon by profession and his family owns a hospital in the country.
