With the official start of summer just a couple days away, the flash mobs of 'youths' are already on the warpath.

Is news coverage the deterrent or the encourager to what seems to be a publicity seeking demographic, a demographic, which makes up the majority of destructive "Flash Mobs"? Will there be news coverage when these thugs are tried and put behind bars?
I hope the Law walks the talk on this one.
