Default Poll: 24% believe States Have Right to Secede

According to a recent Rasmussen poll, one in four people in the US believe the once-sovereign States that formed the Union have a right to secede from it. Support has been steadily growing in the years since Rasmussen has polled on this subject:
While belief in the right of individual states to break away from the United States continues to rise, the likelihood of such a move remains doubtful to most Americans.
Twenty-four percent (24%) of Adults nationwide now think states have the right to leave the United States and form an independent country, according to a new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey. Most (59%) still disagree, but another 16% are undecided.

The War of Northern Aggression makes one take a second thought when considering succession because in the modern day war technology is much greater.

When the Ukraine revolted from the Russian Socialists they confiscated the food and starved the people.
Obama has implemented food bills that make food storage (supply) illegal and allows the Federal Government to confiscate all food in the case of a National Emergency. A state choosing to secede would be considered a "National Emergency"

The Socialist State knows when it's conservatives are contemplating revolt. They are putting everything in place to prevent revolt. The U.N. would forcefully deny a secession with military aggression if needed.

It's a shame our grandparents were not wise enough to stop this Marxist infiltration in their day.

Contrary to what many Southerners would like to think today, especially those in the League of the South, I don't believe that the Northern and Southern cultures are quite as distinct and alien to one another as they were in the mid 19th century, which made it easier for North and South to look upon each other as true 'enemies' in 1861.

It is like I've told some of these Southern patriots, it's not the White Yankee who's your enemy today. It' is the White Liberal on your local school board, the Black thug living down the street, and the Left-Wing Congressman over your district!

Today on the other hand, we're more nationalized, and you have many more Northerners living in the South, such as places like Florida for instance, and vice versa. Obama, unlike Lincoln, would be calling up troops who would be looking at fighting against their own American citizen, where Union troops looked upon Southern Whites as being culturally alien and easier to kill. The same could be said for how the South looked upon the Northern troops.

It's because of this, that I believe Obama and the Liberals in general have been trying to get as many Blacks, Hispanics, and Homo's as possible into our armed forces and our Civil Service so that these troops wouldn't hesitate in shooting down protesting White patriots and those supporting any seceding states.

If Obama were to call up troops against a seceding state today, I doubt that he would get the same cooperation that Lincoln got back in 1861. I don't know about 25 years from now. If things don't change, the liberals will have such a hold on government workers and the military, it might be more more difficult for a state to peacefully separate.

If not secession, individual states should engage in as much nullification as possible of Federal control.
