A very informative piece that helps to explain what may soon become the next dangerous drug epidemic with young blacks. While it may be true that not many whites know about "DXM" or "lean", you can bet that it is well known by many young blacks, and word of it's use is likely spreading through the black community. What makes this dangerous is that it is difficult to instantly discern if an individual is under the effect of the drug, and if under the effect, how big a dose. The impoverished black youth is already unpredictable and unstable in most cases, the addition of abuse of this drug will just make them more unpredictable and unstable.
