    Well, I have a problem w/ the young mom. Why the heck did she bother to call 911 and ask for "permission" to defend her home? Are White Americanos so dumbed down, they now feel they have to get some authority's "permission" to defend themselves first?

    And another thing ...... I'll bet that she had a relationship at one time with the intruder. Don't get me wrong, I'm not decrying her right to protect herself, but I'd bet there's more to this story than has been reported. The 'accomplice' and the dead man are both White ...... and the 'accomplice' turned himself in to the cops at a later point.

    The only reason this story is getting coverage in the first place is that the alleged crooks were White, IMHO.

    It's possible she thought she was going to go to jail if she killed the intruder; however, if she was concerned about saving her child from harm, she should have defended herself and her family anyway.

    She got her gun first, and then called 911. The crooks took a long time to break in.
