I've said it many times, in ref to the White Man's plight of unemployment and under-employment. If you don't like the opportunities that present themselves where you currently reside, then MOVE! Too many times, way to many, do I see young white men that are a victim of "self imposed limitations". They feel helpless and at the mercy of their current situation in life. How many times have I heard, "I can't find a job in my area" or "I can't find a job in my career field" uttered by young white men? Too many. There's a mentality with today's younger generations that if they can't find exactly what they are looking for in their back yard, then all is lost.
If you don't like your current situation, then CHANGE IT! Do something about it! I've mentioned North Dakota to several young white men over the past several months. Men in their mid 20's, single, no children, nothing holding them back but themselves. And still, they won't do anything to change it. They are stuck in the routine of looking for change in all the same places they've been looking....all to no avail. It saddens me to see racially aware white men feel so helpless, and fearful of change (and the discomfort that accompanies change).
The information posted here by the OP (and others in this thread) is amazing and outstanding to say the least. I have no idea why there is not a mass migration of able bodied, racially aware, young white men migrating to North Dakota at this very moment.

I don't really feel like moving at the current time. The money is not that good to move and I am already going to move to Moscow.

But to keep the thread running smoothly, those who need job opportunities, been out of work for sometime and don't mind moving, should take a chance here. It's not expensive to live where I do and have a good life, that is, if you don't mind working. We certainly don't need deadbeats. I'd be willing to help people find a job here or show them in the right direction.

I have the hours of 8am-6pm to do whatever unless I have a business meeting. I'd be willing to help with stuff if you need it. Lately, Money has been tighter for me because it seems I have to help every member of my family. My father decided to abandon the family and hook up with some whore so somehow I had to take over and help with money and such.

I,too,am an electrician.My brother and I just got here yesterday and in the morning I am going to submit my resume at Bergstrom Electric.They are hiring right now!Median wage is $22+/hr.

The problem I have with that is that it pays hourly. You need to work 8 to 12 hours a day constantly to have enough money to pay for general things and still that is not that much money. That leaves almost no time for activism or self mastery and what time is left you are so exhausted from the non stop work.
How do you guys get around that problem?

There must be some truck driving jobs available. What do you think the percentage is of White women in North Dakota who are racially aware? I know from driving in South Dakota...the winters can be more than interesting on the road. This is a dang fine thread. Very informative...and motivating.

OK,so here is the straight dope from someone who is doing the migration in real time.
Its great up here.Lots of really great white people,but if you need a job this is the deal.
There is a level of Xenophobia.DO NOT come up here and let anyone know you are "new to town".You will run into a wall.You need to be here with your "cousin" or "uncle" or someone from the community.The skilled labor jobs are not hiring right now.You will be able to get on in the service industry(fast food),or day labor.You might get on at one of the factories,but if you can't pass a 5-7 year background check for whatever reason(I'm not one to judge),be aware that WILL hamstring you.Once the thaw hits,that may be a vastly different story,but right now,its a reality.Folks make enough during the spring and summer,they don't have to worry about it the rest of the year.
You can find housing very easily.From motels(a 2 bed room with minifridge,microwave,cable TV,and WIFI for $220/week tax included),renting rooms from individuals,room mating with college students,apartments,houses,you have your pick of the litter.I have't seen a single trailer,and its wonderful.But if jobs are your main issue,take the previous paragraph to heart.Contact me directly for more details,as I am getting ready to go to bed for work in the morning and I'm not trying to write a novella this evening.
But if you can wait a month or two,it wouldn't be unwise.But if you have a nest egg you can ride on,come up quick to make sure you can handle the weather.It doesn't bother me,its in my blood,but some who are used to the low 40s being "cold",you will be in for a shock.This is not for "fun in the sun" types.The good thing is,it keeps the undesirables out.If you are a soldier,you'll love it.If you want to hit a lick and slink back to the South,stay where you're at.There's a reason this area is white and tight-knit,and it's because that type is not wanted here.This is a community,not a crossroads.
