CLEVELAND — Federal prosecutors said they will fight a "brazen" attempt to restore U.S. citizenship to a man deported to Germany and convicted on Nazi war crimes charges.

"The 1985 report says the Cleveland office's investigation "strongly indicated" a Soviet scheme to discredit "prominent emigre dissidents speaking out publicly and/or leading emigre groups in opposition to the Soviet leadership in the USSR."

No word yet from our OWS "comrades-in-arms" on whether they are going to protest the 25 year defamation, deportation, incarceration, and two political show trial conviction of an 91 year old American who has been abandoned in a country without his family, unable to leave.

I realize that the front page cause celebre of the hour is Naomi Wolf's SOLIDARITY one hour imprisonment, but maybe the Huffington Post will have this AP Demjanjuk story at least under one of their news categories. Possibly? No. It did make it onto their AP feed. No comments therefore, but I see they have posted another Levi Johnson story.
