    Question 'American' Pop Stars...



    Why does America produce the most controversial pop stars? As an American I don't get it... It is almost as if Madonna wasn't enough, always something more extreme is needed to keep the people in line...

    Everyone (well, OK, many) wants to be edgy. The edgier you are, the more "success" you'll have, etc. It's one-upping the others.
