Feds OK "Black Power", "Black Supremacy", "La Raza" TMs; DENY "White Pride" as "Offensive & Immoral"
If you are looking for more evidence that the United States government is biased against white people, you can add their decision in my trademark case.
In February, 2004, I applied for a trademark on the words “White Pride Country Wide.” I did it as an exercise against political correctness.
I intentionally did not choose “white power,” “white supremacy” or “the white race” because of the negative connotations of those terms.
Trademarks can be denied to offensive phrases.
When I later searched United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) records, I found that “Black Power,” “Black Supremacy,” and “La Raza” (Spanish for “The Race”)
had all been approved by the USPTO and been found not to be offensive.
The USPTO had also approved and registered “The Black Panther Party” and “Burn, Baby, Burn,” the party’s slogan.
The Black Panthers had assassinated white police officers but neither term was found to be offensive or immoral.
To me, “white pride” was a non-offensive, positive term, or at least I thought so.
On December 23, 2004, I received my Christmas present from the USPTO.
In an Office Action prepared by Barbara Rutland, it denied my trademark, ruling that the “white pride” part of my request was “offensive,” “immoral,” and “scandalous.”
Here are her very words:
Section 2(a) Refusal
“Registration is refused because the proposed mark consists of or comprises immoral or scandalous matter. Trademark Act Section 2(a) U.S.C. 1052(a); TMEP 1203.01.”

Have you entered dialog into dialogue with her or the USTPO about this obvious hypocrisy? It seems further discussion with them and even possible appropriate legal action might prove at least interesting, and provide us with more depth in understanding their treason. It has been some years since you filed your application and were denied. There may be new people there to deal with.
Psychological studies show that all cultures and races benefit from pride in their culture and heritage...so these attempts at banning White Pride and heritage seem a too obvious blatant attempt to weaken the White race.
It needs to be stopped in its tracks.
I'll look forward to further developments on this.

Do you have documentation of this? Not saying it's not true, but before myself and others can put this information to its best use, we need to know
who said it and where and where it was published.

I applaud Kalki's efforts, and I'm in not critical in any way of his logic or motivation, or the telling points he's made to demonstrate the utterly dire and abject subjugation of our White Western race by the hideous regime seated in Washington, District of Corruption, but the semanticist I am, I can't deal with one of the 7 deadly sins being part of a good moniker/slogan ....Yeah, I know it's all in a different societal context, but, to me, if you have to boast and exhort you have "pride" ---something is wrong. Usually it means you don't really have it in the first place.
That's why I always chuckle when I see "gay" pride banners or events.

Arrogance will be another part of the Zionist/Judaic downfall as well. It's spelled out in the Talmud, but they do not take heed of many of the wiser Rabbinic discussions. The Talmud says the arrogant are like the tallest heads of wheat, the first to be cut down. If this thinking they own the whole world and all that's in it isn't arrogance, then what is?

There is no way this can hold up, you should resubmit with a rebutal agruement and ask what are the differences in this and the other "Pride *" trademarks they approved. The legal grounds are not there and you will win, it may take time and money but this cannot be aloud to stand. Picking your fights is always a tough decision to make but this one seems easy to me.....You have the support of millions of Americans if this were to be known to the General population of Whites in the US. It would be written of as not true by the libs, but the rest of the WN would support you in this effort.
It is such a small thing "White Pride" it's almost hard to believe she could send you that denial letter, I agree with a poster up top resubmit immediatly. Keep us informed if it happens again I am sure there are plenty of us on here who would help correct this.

Perhaps suing them for racial discrimination is in order. Just pointing out they support some prides but not others should be sufficient.
