Suspected gang members sought for attack

The couple was walking near an apartment complex on the 2500 block of Laurel Street around 9 p.m., when they were approached by an unidentified group of three or more gang members according to police. After a brief argument, a fight ensued in which one of the suspects stabbed the man in the back. When his 25-year-old female companion attempted to break up the fight, she was kicked in the stomach.
