    Real estate prices have really plunged in Washington, and there's no shortage of Diversity in southeast Seattle and Tacoma. I'm sure there were enough minority subprime loans to drag them under although this second wave of bank failures is mostly due to failed businesses.

    It looks like we're on track to have 100 bank failures in 2011. In 2005 and 2006, there were zero bank failures by the way.
