    Breaking News: There's been an accident with Joe Biden's motorcade.

    I bet he went into one of his monologues and every one else in the car fell asleep including the driver!!

    The latest news is they think Joe Biden may have brain damage.

    It's got nothing to do with the accident; it's just a pre-existing condition.
