An Anti-Racism Pill?
by James Buchanan
An article on the Vigilant Citizen web site reports: “A pill to enhance moral behaviour; a treatment for racist thoughts; a therapy to increase your empathy for people in other countries – these may sound like the stuff of science fiction but, with medicine moving closer to altering our moral state, society should be preparing for the consequences, according to a book reviewing scientific developments in the field.”
Would an anti-racism pill block people from telling the truth?
It would be nice if they could define “racism”. If someone believes that White people are more intelligent and less criminal on average than Blacks, is that person “racist”? According to many liberals he or she would be. So according to those liberals, a belief in the truth makes you a racist.
If a Black or Latino person accepts a job thanks to a racial quota, is that person being "racist" for stealing a job from a better-qualified White person? The White person is definitely harmed, especially in a bad economy like the present one. Funny how liberals never discuss the evil of anti-White racism. Then again, the Democrat Party specializes in anti-White racism by over-taxing White people to pay for hand outs for minorities and by their continued support for anti-White racial quotas for college entry, jobs and promotions.
The article goes on: “Drugs such as Prozac, which alters a patient’s mental state, already have an impact on moral behaviour but scientists predict that future medical advances may allow much more sophisticated manipulations. The field is in its infancy but it’s very far from being science fiction, says the deputy director of the Oxford Centre for Neuroethics and a Wellcome Trust biomedical ethics award winner, Dr Guy Kahane. ‘Science has ignored the question of moral improvement so far but it is now becoming a big debate,’ he says. ‘There is already a growing body of research you can describe in these terms. Studies show that certain drugs affect the ways people respond to moral dilemmas by increasing their sense of empathy, group affiliation and by reducing aggression.’ ”
I wonder if the Jews would be willing to take a pill that increases empathy for other races. I’d wager that such a pill would be made completely illegal in Israel. And where would Jews be if a pill for honesty were developed? Would Rahm Emanuel tell the American people that the Democrat Party exists to steal money from Whites to buy Black and Latino votes?
The article continues “But would pharmacologically induced altruism, for example, amount to genuine moral behaviour? ‘We can change people’s emotional responses but quite whether that improves their moral behaviour is not something science can answer,’ Kahane says. He also admits it is unlikely that people would rush to take a pill that would improve their morals.”
What liberals call “racism” is merely a belief in the reality of racial differences. These differences have been well-established by intelligence tests and crime statistics over the last hundred years. I suppose there are pills that will make people delusional or that will make people too cowardly to speak the truth (which is the natural state for liberals).
If “empathy pills” or “honesty pills” are developed, it will be interesting to see how the Jews react. My prediction is that they will find some discreet way of not taking those pills. After all, it’s hard to rip off Gentiles in the business world if you’re taking a pill that makes you feel guilty about it. It’s also impossible to be an effective Democrat political hack or liberal news media editor if you’re taking an honesty pill.
