This is a great argument for "Survivalism".
It's winter in Japan and suddenly two million people have lost their electricity. It was snowing in northern Japan just before the tsunami hit. There isn't electricity to run pumps for the water distribution system either.
If this had happened in America, there would be looting by the usual suspects too and the need for people to be armed against the looters.
Eventually Third World people in government will bugger up the infrastructure so that major breakdowns will occur, regularly. Look at the power brown outs in California.
White people need to be prepared for all the disasters that may occur, including having a stockpile of food and water and some alternate way to heat their homes.

Live a good life. If there are gods and they are just, then they will not care how devout you have been, but will welcome you based on the virtues you have lived by. If there are gods but unjust, then you should not want to worship them. If there are no gods, then you will be gone, but will have lived a noble life that will live on in the memories of your loved ones. I am not afraid. - M. Aurelius

Radioactivity levels return to normal at one nuclear power plant
Radioactivity levels at the Onagawa nuclear power plant in northern Japan are back to normal, after a state of emergency was called at the facility earlier today following Friday's earthquake and tsunami.
Fears of health risks from Japan's nuclear power reactors have grown after problems at the troubled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear complex, about 250 kilometres north-east of Tokyo. About 210,000 tsunami survivors were being evacuated from its surrounding areas.

Dangerous Radiation Levels Reported at Japan's Stricken Nuclear Plant
Radiation levels have reached dangerous levels around an earthquake-damaged nuclear plant in Japan on Tuesday after an explosion occured at one reactor and, then, a fire broke out in another, prompting fears of nuclear disaster.
Prime Minister Naoto Kan went on television to urge calm, but also said the radiation levels are "very high." He also warned that more radiation could escape.
Anyone living within 30 kilometers of the troubled Fukushima nuclear plant has been urged to remain indoors. Increased radiation has been detected as far away Tokyo, about 240 kilometers to the south, but officials said levels there are not a threat to public health.
