Signs that a bomb is a false flag operation:

1).Bomb fails to blow up.

2).Bomb is left in an obvious place where it's easily discovered

3).No one claims responsibility (Making a believable bomb threat is too risky for rogue FBI agents. It's much safer for them to leave out a device and then blame or demonize whomever they're targeting).

4).Wires are sticking out.

Other things to consider are:

The FBI and Department of Homeland Security need to justify multi-billion dollar budgets. What better way to convince Obama to increase funding for the FBI, than rogue FBI agents staging a terrorist attack on an MLK Day march.
Notice this is happening just days after Congresswoman Giffords was shot --could there be some connection to that event? (A possible mind control assassin followed by a bomb.)
Perhaps the FBI wanted even more spying powers on Americans and this incident was an excuse.
Seven months ago Edgar Steele was arrested for an alleged murder plot in Idaho. It has been discovered since then that Edgar Steele had no insurance policy on his wife (the alleged reason for the murder) and police informant Larry Fairfax and an accomplice of his were willing to place bombs in public places (on vehicles that were driving around Idaho and Oregon). Maybe it's high time that Fairfax's accomplice was arrested.

SPOKANE, Wash. — A backpack found along the route of the Martin Luther King Jr. march in Spokane contained a bomb "capable of inflicting multiple casualties," the FBI said Tuesday, describing the case as "domestic terrorism."

The FBI said the Swiss Army-brand backpack was found about 9:25 a.m. PST on Monday on a bench at the northeast corner of North Washington Street and West Main Avenue in downtown Spokane.

In an interview on msnbc cable's "The Rachel Maddow Show," Spokesman-Review reporter Thomas Clouse said confidential sources told him that the device was equipped with a remote control detonator and contained shrapnel.

A bomb disposal unit was called in and neutralized the device with a robot. The FBI said in a statement on Tuesday that "the backpack contained a potentially deadly destructive device, likely capable of inflicting multiple casualties."

The FBI has refused to discuss how the bomb was constructed.
"Suffice it to say it was of grave concern," Frank Harrill, special agent in the charge of the Spokane FBI office, told NBC News.

"You could describe it as an improvised destructive device ... or improvised explosive device."

The FBI has not established an official motive, but Harrill told NBC News "the timing and placement of the backpack (along the march route) is inescapable."

The FBI is seeking information connected to the identity of the person or persons seen with this Swiss Army-brand backpack.

"At that point, it falls directly in the realm and sphere of domestic terrorism,"

I disagree with one very important part of your analysis of signs of a false flag operation, a lot of the false flag devices have gone off and were meant to do so.

That depends on who's doing the false flag operation.

If it's rogue agents in the CIA and/or the Mossad, they'll literally kill thousands of Americans if they feel like it, and I have little doubt they'll eventually set off a nuke in an American city as part of a false flag operation.

While the FBI has engaged in a few atrocities like the mass-murder at Waco, I have the impression that FBI rogue agents are more inclined to place non-operative bombs out in public.

The FBI also has no problems with entrapping people in terror plots, which never would have existed if not for an FBI informant suggesting the whole thing to some disgruntled individual.

It's all a false flag psychological warfare operation (Propaganda) being conducted against the White American population .

The FBI today takes it's marching orders from the Mossad and ADL and pursue their agenda of morally disarming White people , turning them into moral cowards and hypocrites , who refuse to stand up when their entire racial family is under deadly attack .

The message here is simply one of repitition , of an ADL Lie , to wit ;Whites are moving to the Northwest to escape the hell of diswhitened areas , and of course , they are all just a bunch of dullards who can't do anything more productive than to set crude bombs to maim and or possibly kill other people who hold a 'Liberal' viewpoint .

Moral Lesson ?

White people who are Racially conscious are Dumb , Demented and a Danger to all 'peace loving' poeple .
