    Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain [George III] is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
    He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

    He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.
    He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:


    • For protecting them by a mock Trial from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
    • For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
    • For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
    • For depriving us in many cases of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
    • For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences:
    • For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:
    • For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
    • For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever. He has abdicated Government here by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.
      He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.

    I recently went home to family in Mannheim,Germany. Coming back I went through those machines twice. All they did was prove beyond a doubt that I am not a Jew. Do they keep records on those things?

    He's not a career crook like most other politicians.

    The two-party system tried to get rid of Ron Paul by re-drawing his district, but he still won reelection.

    (Another decent Congressman, Bob Barr, was cheated out of being reelected after his district was re-drawn.)

    All is duly noted , and yes they keep the pictures .

    The real question I suppose is ; do they transfer those pictures to every file in your vast collection of data gathered on you . The routine data collection that is conducted on every person in America .

    Please start writing to your congressional representatives! Here's a sample letter:

    Dear Congressman/Senator:

    I am writing regarding the widespread radiation and sex offences taking place at our nation's airports. I have called your assistant and wrote you two days ago. I believe this invasive form of false "security" is a deliberate form of inducing emotional trauma on our nation's citizens, a deliberate stripping of more of our constitutional rights, and a deliberate intent to cause cancer to many people, especially those who have already had cancer, and those who've been through radiation treatment. I am concerned about deliberate cause of trauma to children and all victims of sexual trauma, both children and adults. Why would anyone in our government trust the kind of people they do hire to view images of naked bodies and put their filthy hands on people? Most people who work at the TSA and airports in general do not have the intelligence or morality to work anywhere but McDonald's.

    I am sending you a video of a press conference of the New Jersey State Legislature who are taking a stand against this psychopathic process. Please, please see what these elected officials have to say.

    I beg that the TSA be dismantled.

    Because of the sexual assaults they are committing against American CITIZENS, 9-11-01 means nothing anymore. We have burned all honorable bridges to the memory of those victims by bringing about the sexual assault and destruction of constitutional rights and civil liberties of the rest of us left behind. I am so sure the dead would not want this done to the rest of us.

    Rather than punishing American Citizens for 9-11, I insist that an investigation be brought upon the creators, funders, and marketers of the terrible body scanners, and the process of punishment when people refuse. This means criminal investigations of Michael Chertoff and Janet Napolitano should take place, as well as others. These people are enemies of the United States.

    The second act that should take place is a review of our immigration and travel policies from countries where most of the terrorists do come, and that should include all nations from Morocco all the way through to Pakistan. If these people hate us, then in my opinion, we should not let them into our nation.

    The scanners did not come about on account of terrorism. These machines existed before the underwear bomber, and those people behind it had plans to release these weapons of war against the American public FIVE YEARS before the underwear bomber.

    We have a national emergency: The people of the United States of America are being attacked by our own government.

    Representative Ron Paul, Texas Republican and author of “End the Fed,” will take control of the House subcommittee that oversees the Federal Reserve.

    House Financial Services chairman-elect Spencer Bachus, an Alabama Republican, selected Paul, 75, to lead the panel’s domestic monetary policy subcommittee when their party takes the House majority next month, the committee chairman said today.

    “This is the leadership team that crafted the first comprehensive financial reform bill to put an end to the bailouts, wind down the taxpayer funding of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and enforce a strong audit of the Federal Reserve,” Bachus said in a statement.

    Paul, in an interview last week, said he plans a slate of hearings on U.S. monetary policy and will restart his push for a full audit of the Fed’s functions.

    “We are ready to hit the ground running, and I look forward to continuing our work in the next Congress,” Bachus said.

    Paul, who has introduced legislation to abolish the Fed, became nationally known during his 2008 presidential campaign. His campaign to audit the Fed picked up steam as the central bank deployed trillions of dollars in emergency loans in the midst of the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression. Paul’s bill gained the support of 320 of 435 members of the House and a portion of the measure ended up in the Dodd-Frank financial regulatory overhaul enacted this year.

    Attacks on Bernanke

    Paul’s assignment comes as the Republican Party has stepped up attacks on Fed Chairman Ben S. Bernanke and the central bank in the wake of the Nov. 3 announcement that it would buy bonds in an attempt to bring down unemployment and prevent inflation.

    “Congress must act to rein in Chairman Bernanke and the Fed before they destroy our currency and permanently damage our economy and financial system,” Senator Jim Bunning, a Kentucky Republican, said in his farewell speech on the Senate floor today. “Public awareness of what the Fed is doing is increasing while public opinion of the Fed is falling.”

    Bunning’s views are reflected throughout the country, according to a Bloomberg National Poll that reveals deep skepticism about the Fed.

    Americans across the political spectrum say the central bank shouldn’t retain its current structure of independence, according to the poll. Asked if the central bank should be more accountable to Congress, left independent or abolished entirely, 39 percent said it should be held more accountable and 16 percent that it should be abolished. Thirty-seven percent favor the status quo.

    Other Subcommittees

    Paul, who has been passed up twice before for the subcommittee chairmanship, may cause a problem for Republicans who have traditionally defended the central bank, Representative Barney Frank, the outgoing chairman of the Financial Services Committee, said today in a Bloomberg Television interview.

    “I think you’re going to see a significant dispute within the Republican Party,” said Frank, who was re-appointed by his party as the senior Democrat on the committee. “I do not believe that Ron Paul’s views on the Fed represent the views of most Republicans.”

    Bachus will keep the senior Republicans on the panel in leadership positions. Representative Jeb Hensarling of Texas will take over as the panel’s vice chairman, replacing fellow Texas Republican Randy Neugebauer, who moves over to lead the oversight and investigations subcommittee.

    Representative Scott Garrett of New Jersey will become chairman of the capital markets panel, which would oversee any work done on government-owned mortgage companies Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Representatives Shelley Moore Capito of West Virginia and Judy Biggert of Illinois will take over the financial institutions and housing subcommittees, respectively. Representative Gary Miller of California will take over as chairman of the international monetary policy panel.

    This is a tremendous development. You could live several lifetimes before having a beautiful development like this. I can't wait until the next time that Chairman Ron Paul squares off with Chairman Benjamin Shalom Bernanke.

    Will Bernanke once again say "no" when Ron Paul asks him whether he will answer where the taxpayers' money went?

    Of course, that happened in 2007, when I was still trusting mainstream media as my sole source for information.

    Ron Paul Will Conquer CPAC 2011
    when the Conservative Political Action Caucus meets Feb. 10-12
    in Washington, D.C.

    Ron Paul is a political genius of the first order. I saw him steamroll over the Neocon elements of the Republican Party at CPAC 2010 in the Wardmann Park Marriott Hotel in February 2010. I think it was Feb. 17-19. Ron Paul brought down the house at two biggest-impact speaking events in the 2010 CPAC.

    I was there, and I can tell you that NONE of the stale establishment candidates of the Republican Party scored any points at all. Mitt Romney was a bore. Ron Paul, by contrast, swept the event. Keep in mind that CPAC is huge. It is THE biggest and most important right-wing Republican event of the year. 10,000 conservative-or-better Republican activists attend for three days at one of the deluxe hotels north of the White House.     Here's how we voted at the 2010 CPAC straw poll for president in 2012:
    Paul was far and away the most widely anticipated speaker at the three-day conference, with his base of "Paulites" streaming into the main auditorium to hear him rail against government overreach and neoconservativism on Friday afternoon. In many respects, his win in the CPAC poll seemed pre-ordained -- his band of followers having a well-earned reputation for flooding polls and forums like these.

    What it portends for a possible 2012 presidential run is anyone's guess. Paul had a similar cult-like following during the 2008 election, only to garner a relatively small chunk of the actual vote.

    The other potential candidates who scored well and are more "mainstream" picks for the Republican nomination include former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, who earned 22 percent of the vote, and former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin who came in third with seven percent. Romney had won the last three CPAC polls. Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty, another talked about 2012 aspirant, tied "undecided" for fourth place at six percent.

    The results provide an interesting reflection as to where conservative hearts lie nearly three years before the next presidential elections take place. But with so much time before formal campaigning begins - and with no White House aspirant even officially announcing a bid- its best to resist the temptation to read too deeply into the numbers. For example, last year, disgraced South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford polled at four percent, while Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal -- no longer even on the straw poll -- came in second at 14 percent.

    Nevertheless, the CPAC poll can provide a nice boost (or, at the very least, attention) to prospective candidates. In 2007, Romney etched out a win over former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani by a margin of 21 percent to 17 percent. Sen. John McCain, who wound up winning the nomination, came in fifth with 12 percent of the vote.

    Several of the candidates polled attended CPAC in the days, and even hours, ahead of the results being released. Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich was a keynote speaker on Saturday, preceded by former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum (Penn.). Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty spoke on Friday followed by Rep. Mike Pence (R-Ind.) and Paul. Romney addressed the audience on Thursday. All others were not in attendance during the three-day affair.

    Notice that, in 2010, Ron Paul stomped the opposition. Paul's 32% trounced Mitt Romney's 22% and Sarah Palin's 7%. Newt Gingrich and Mike Huckabee were eating Paul's dust at 6%.

    Keep in mind that the multi-millionaire Mitt Romney brought busloads of fully-paid "supporters" to CPAC 2010. Whereas Ron Paul made no special effort of any kind to get the Ron Paul Revolution forces to CPAC 2010.

    That's not the case this year. Dr. Paul has put out the word that he wants his army there at CPAC 2011. And what does that mean folks? It means that Ron Paul is 100% certain to run for president in 2012. The Iowa straw poll is only 8 months away. I first met Ron Paul on August 11, 2007 at that same Iowa straw poll outside the Hilton Coliseum of Iowa State University. That was the kick-off to Ron's 2007-2008 run for president that upended the entire Republican establishment and ignited the whole White uprising called the tea party movement.

    This video invitation from Ron Paul for Ron Paul Revolutionaries to assemble at CPAC 2011 means that a huge number of the 10,000 attendees will be his troops. In fact, I think this announcement from Ron means that the event will be so sold out that there will be thousands who can't get tickets. It means that an all-time record crowd will be at CPAC 2011, in only six weeks.

    Dr. Paul will surpass his 32% to 21% pasting of Romney in 2010. Palin, Huckabee, Gingrich, and assorted other clowns will be crushed.

    Those lucky enough to be at CPAC 2011 will experience history-in-the-making. You can be sure that Dr. Rand Paul, newly-elected United States Senator from Kentucky will be there with his father.

    Ron Paul is now in the perfect storm of right-wing politics. He is beginning his thirteenth term as U.S. Congressman as Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Domestic Monetary Policy. That's the committee overseeing the Federal Reserve Bank! Look out. The Fed's No. 1 foe has been Ron Paul since 1976, his first election to the House.

    When I was attending 13 different events featuring Ron Paul in 2007-2008, Dr. Paul had five children, eighteen grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Now he has three great-grandchildren. The man is the dream rightwing candidate.

    Now he has a son, Dr. Rand Paul, elected in landslide primary and general elections as U.S. Senator from Kentucky.

    This event is the start of the Ron Paul for President campaign of 2011-2012.

    Dr. Ron Paul, MD is now 75 years young. Dr. Rand Paul, MD is now 48 years old. Rand will be 49 years old at the November 2012 balloting. Sen. John F. Kennedy was 43 years old when he beat Richard Nixon for president in 1960.

    A Ron Paul for Pres, Rand Paul for VP ticket would light up the political landscape. In fact you could run it either way. The two men could toss a coin for the top slot. The American people would love it.
