That's weird, back when I was there, the incoming line went directly to an answering machine in the recording studio, upstairs next to my office, and I only checked it once a day, and transcribed the most important messages for Dr. P., and handled requests for information/applications and media inquiries myself. Course, that was before he died, and there were sixteen other full time NA national office staffers, so maybe there's less to do now, or maybe they have a new number forwarded to somebody's home number, since nobody is at the office full time any more.
