It's best to either PM Jamie Kelso or call him at: 561/351-4424 to find out if there are local A3P members near whatever area you're in. In the meantime, don't hesitate to look around this website for all things A3P.

Could you give a general area where you're at, like what state you're in?

I just put a "sticky" on this thread as well as I find it important to always find like-minded people in the area you live in, especially for political matters.

We have members all over the country, folks. Many hail from Indiana, California, West Virginia, Minnesota, Montana, Illinois, Arizona, Texas, Pennsylvania, Florida, etc.

Jamie has contacts from all over. I'm sure that we could set others up to meet and be able to further our advancement of the Miller/Abernethy campaign!

Under Florida State Statues 103.095, we cannot have closed or private meetings and all meetings must be given posted notice 30 days beforehand. All the A3PFL meetings meet the requirements of a legal state political party and we are currently working on the legal muster of paperwork to follow.

I guess I'm guilty of a crime in Florida.

I've hosted a luncheon for Derek Black, StormFront members DrivenSno and Thunderhead and met with other SF and A3P members and Mark Weber of the Institute for Historical Review.

I'm pleased to announce that we now have more than enough electors for the American Third Position Party to facilitate the gaining of ballot access petition signatures to get Merlin Miller on the ballot as an Independent candidate for President in Arkansas.

A3P FL has a meetup.com group page in which all Florida members are free to join and use to post their local meetings. I pay the $72 annual fee to help fellow WN grow A3P in our state.

Yes. In fact, the laws for political activism are very specific and even more extended. Be careful because if antis find out and want to make a stink about it, they will. By leveraging the legal means the state can press charges on the antis instead of have what would be called "mutual combatants" should happenstance result in poor behavior.

The statute applies to formal meetings of the FL party. Members of A3P are always free to get together for whatever purpose, provided the purpose of the meeting is not to conduct formal business of the party. Even in that case, the meeting can be closed to people outside the Party, and, if the Executive Committee is meeting, the meeting can be limited to only members of the Executive Committee.

The OP was inquiring about meeting informally with people of the party and like mind for discussion, fellowship, gatherings, plans, etc. and the statute isn't applicable for that sort of thing.

The Statute doesn't speak to a 30 day notice requirement for meetings. Where are you finding that, or were you referring to a by-law requirement of A3P to be included?

If any A3PFL members are in state and would like to get ballot access and a legal platform to get our message out there into the hands of those would need to know more about what is going on please join our Meetup group page as our Facebook page has been deleted as being "hateful, threatening, or obscene". We are down to the last five weeks to get Merlin Miller on the ballot for 2012 deadline. Just an FYI, anyone who volunteers, Florida has sunshine laws and your personal information will be published on the state's website for election activity by the state. Without folks taking a stand other groups and social networks will continue to abuse our civil rights until folks make this stand and reserve and protect our rights to free speech and association.

Now that we have the electors in Arkansas, the next step is to gain the ballot signatures, themselves. Want to make some money while helping to promote White Nationalism in Arkansas? I am going to be in charge of gathering the ballot access petition signatures to help get Merlin Miller of the American Third Position Party on the ballot in Arkansas for this November's election. The signatures (with their names and addresses) of 1,000 registered Arkansas voters are needed. In order to make sure that we have sufficient to cover any in error, we should double that. If we had ten registered Arkansas voters who would agree to get the signatures of two hundred voters each, that should do it. Hint: stand outside the Post Office and ask people as they go in and out. Anyone in New York City? I feel very alone here but have actually had more success than I thought I would in waking up my friends.

The 30 days is just "Common practice" and is not a hard and fast policy or law. This gives all the membership plenty of time to plan ahead of time. Too short a notice and many folks cannot make plans and do not get involved as much as they can or want too. If we are closed off, then a lot of public mistrust is built against us in the public mindset and plays into the hands of any future media stories. And we have all read our fair share of bias stories.

I'm in Massachusetts, is anyone else? I can't imagine everyone in the state is content with the outrageously liberal agenda here
