Our 2nd Amendment is a FUNDAMENTAL Right of Free Men!

Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito delivered the opinion of the court, in McDonald v. Chicago, which Chief Justice John Roberts, Justices Antonin Scalia, Anthony Kennedy, and Clarence Thomas joined, holding that “the Second Amendment right is fully applicable to the states.”

“…in District of Columbia v. Heller … we held that the Second Amendment protects the right to keep and bear arms for the purpose of self-defense, and we struck down a District of Columbia law that banned the possession of handguns in the home.”

… the 39th Congress referred to the right to keep and bear arms as “a fundamental right deserving of protection.”

Alito concluded it was clear …the right to keep and bear arms “among those fundamental rights necessary to our system of orderly liberty.”

“…the Second Amendment protects a personal right to keep and bear arms for lawful purposes, most notably for self defense within a home.”

14 year old White Boy shoots ARMED Home Invader

A 14 year old White Boy was at home with three younger children when a stranger showed up at their door.

The 14 year old went to retrieve a handgun, by then an armed home invader was in the home.

The home invader, armed with a rifle, aimed at the White Boy, and at that point the White Boy fired.

The Children all went next door, the home invader went to the hospital, in custody.

Teach your Children how to properly handle and shoot a firearm!

For obvious reasons, Federal Agents arrested a group of Patriots, then perjured themselves attempting to destroy their lives.



All of those Federal Agents SHOULD be in prison!

Eventually the Federal Government had to release these Patriots.



Federal Agents also seized guns, ammo, and other self defense tools, which they called "evidence".



Of course the rightful owners considered that to be Property, and now these rightful owners have demanded the return of their property.







Federal Agents really hate it when some Citizen and their infernal Lawyer FORCES them to obey the Law.
